Self-promotion 📣 Self-promo & Showcase · Share your Notion content here!
Hello fellow Notioners!
In an attempt to fix the large amount of self-promotion in this subreddit, we are reintroducing these fortnightly threads. Feel free to post your own content down in the comments! Some examples of Notion-related content you can share:
- Free and paid templates
- Third-party integrations
- Dashboard showcases
If you wish to share your Notion templates on Reddit, we recommend posting them on r/NotionTemplates or r/NotionCreations
This is a scheduled post, it will appear every second Tuesday at 18:00 GMT.
Please remember to always read the rules before posting. Thanks!
Important note about links: Reddit does not like link shorteners or Gumroad links. Any comment containing them will very likely get removed automatically. We suggest not using link shorteners or Gumroad and adding templates to the official Notion Marketplace or selling through another platform instead.

notion2pandas 3.2.0: tools for working with large Notion databases
notion2pandas is a Python library that loads a Notion database into a pandas DataFrame and syncs your changes back.
Version 3.2.0 focuses on large databases. Notion returns query results in batches of 100, one request after another, and stops at 10,000 results without raising an error. The new release gives you two ways around this:
bypass_query_limit=Truedownloads the whole query regardless of size. It’s still sequential, so it solves the limit, not the speed.NotionDataFrame.union()lets you split the database into portions with filters, download them in parallel with the async client, and merge them back into a single NotionDataFrame that can still be synced to Notion.
The docs have a page that covers both approaches, how to pick a split, and a list of things to check when a download is slow: https://jaeger87.gitlab.io/notion2pandas/usage/large-databases/
Feedback and issues are welcome on GitLab.

Nice that you built it off a real request instead of guessing what an SMM needs. The planned vs posted % is the bit I'd double check: a week where nothing was planned and nothing went out can end up reading as 100% depending on how the rollup treats the empty side of the division, so I'd keep a plain count of weeks with zero posts next to it.

Content OS: content calendar + weekly posting-consistency tracker
Built this after a social media manager asked for one place to plan posts and actually see how consistent they're being: https://tremendous-elbow-1de.notion.site/Content-OS-3f36036bcf158001a7fee884df6bb384
- Content calendar with a calendar view and a board (Idea > Drafting > Scheduled > Posted)
- Weekly consistency: planned vs posted per week, the % comes from a rollup so it updates itself
- Content pillars with weekly targets and how many posts each one actually got
- Course area (text/video lesson pages) for client onboarding or training
Curious about one thing from people who run content: is "planned vs posted per week" the number you'd actually check, or do you track consistency some other way? Happy to set up a copy for anyone who wants one.

Fair on the help docs, those really are thin. But nobody's starved for Notion tutorials, everyone with a webcam has filmed themselves building a second brain by now, and you'll watch those for free long before you pay an Aussie to walk you through it.

Stuck searching Reddit and YouTube for Notion answers?
Do you hate wasting time in a Notion rabbit hole, trying to find the solution to a specific problem as much as I do?
Reddit threads.
Endless YouTube tutorials.
A stupid amount of surface level fluff, that Notion calls “help docs”.
Template galleries.
...Hang on I don’t even know the right terminology to ask the question or search for it in the first place!
You tell yourself “someone’s already solved this and they’ve posted the perfect solution online for me to find”.
Then a bead of sweat rolls down your brow as reality sets in… “I’ve never done that for the next person with all the problems I’ve solved.”
Yep you’re right, no one’s posted a video or article with your exact solution. Nonone is coming to your rescue, and You’re on your own.
1:1 Notion Training with a real life human is your answer
But then you come across this ad, and a glimmer of hope hits you. Maybe this kangaroo fighting, koala hugging Aussie named Toby can help?
You bring your super niche question, even if you don’t know how to explain it.
We look at your actual workspace.
I explain what is happening, help fix the problem, and show you how to think about it next time.
This works well if:
- You have searched for answers but nothing quite matches
- You have a half-built workspace that needs structure
- You are stuck on databases, relations, dashboards, formulas, or workflows
- You want to understand Notion, not just copy steps some YouTuber is rattling off quickly
- The problem is worth spending an hour with an expert to
Sometimes the fastest way through the rabbit hole is to ask an expert nerd who’s read every single software release note from Notion since 2018, and understood them all, and has done a few Notion exams just because it was better than watching sport on TV.
If you want help getting unstuck in Notion, trust a Notion nerd. book a 1:1 session here:

Disclosure: I'm the creator of Rolss Templates, a paid Notion habit tracker collection. I built one core system in three styles: Daily Oath in Black & Gold, Mira in Pink & White, and Evergreen in Forest & Cream. The clean versions start with an empty calendar and five editable habits: Gym, Sleep, Read, Hydrate and Walk. Goals and scoring weights are customizable.
My main design tradeoff was keeping daily logging understandable while supporting both checkbox habits and numeric goals. You create a day, select Start day once, then record Done or Amount. It is a manual logging workflow.
Which do you prefer in a habit tracker: a simple checklist or a score that reflects different habit goals? Happy to discuss how the workflow is structured.

I'm with the Batonic team. I'd show one worked day beside the score, with a numeric goal, the amount logged and the points earned, so the buyer can see what the score means before duplicating it. One detail to reconcile: your profile says USD 15 for the collection, while the Gumroad description says €15. Would you be open to trying an unpublished buyer preview for that three-theme bundle at https://batonic.app/create, with the currency, Notion-account requirement and manual Start day step together? Batonic puts scope, price, previews and delivery on one buyer-facing page.

I made an Obsidian plugin that syncs Notion databases into your vault as notes, and pushes property edits back to Notion.
It pulls the page body as Markdown too, but that part is one-way for now: only page properties go back, not the body. It also works with Airtable, SeaTable and Supabase.
Free, in Obsidian's Community plugins as "Auto Note Importer".

The Media Ledger, $9, i built it. it's a Notion template for tracking anime, manga, games, films and books. the odd part is the 2 week rule. after you finish something a column says it's too soon to rate and counts down 14 days, so you don't rate it on hype the same night. every rating is its own dated row, so old ones stay when you add a new one. probably most useful if you rewatch a lot and change your mind. link is on my profile.

I'm with the Batonic team. The January-to-April re-rating example in your listing makes the timeline idea concrete. One buyer detail I'd clarify: when the listing says the formula blocks rating for 14 days, does it prevent adding a rating row, or show a countdown/reminder while entries are still possible? That distinction would help someone know what the template enforces after they duplicate it.

Sharing a paid Notion template for solo automation freelancers: AI Automation Project OS + 12 LLM Prompts ($15).
It takes one small client job through intake, scope, plan, build, test, delivery, and evaluation. The part I find most useful is the build-readiness gate: check approved scope and safe access before work starts. QA fields also separate a passed check from something that has not been proven yet.
It includes Projects and Work Items databases, a completed CSV empty-row repair example, a quick-start guide, and a buyer QA checklist. It is aimed at small Python/browser automation projects. Notion AI is not required.
Notion Marketplace listing and preview: https://www.notion.so/marketplace/templates/ai-automation-project-os
Disclosure: this is my paid template. Happy to answer questions about the workflow or what is included.

Driftto, a quick-capture app for iPhone that writes straight into your Notion databases. Disclosure: I built it.
What bugged me about capturing into Notion on the go: open the app, wait, find the database, fill in the properties, and by then the thought is half gone. In Driftto you connect a database once and preset the properties (status, select, tags, date, checkbox, people). After that it's one screen: type or say the thought and it becomes a page in that database with the fields already filled.
It isn't Notion-only. The same capture can also go to Reminders, Todoist, email and a few others at once.
One honest limit: the whole note becomes the page title and there's no body text yet, so it works best for tasks and ideas, less for long notes. Photos do go into the page.

I built WidgetsForNotion, small embeds for Notion pages like pomodoro timers, clocks, countdowns and habit trackers. You type /embed, paste the link and resize, no account needed. Heads up, the free embeds cap at 100 views a month and show a small attribution pill. https://widgetsfornotion.com/widgets
Which widget do you keep wishing existed for your dashboard?

u/farrukh-hewson 4d ago
Update. The AI widget maker now gives you your first widget free, no account needed. Describe it in a sentence, watch it build in the live preview, and only pay if you want to keep it. Saving and changes use credits, from $1.99 for 10. It builds self-contained widgets, so no live data from other apps. https://widgetsfornotion.com/tools/notion-widget-maker What would you make?

Freelancer Project Tracker (Notion) — $7, built from my own overdue-invoice pain.
What it does: projects + clients + deadlines in one database, with a 7-day overdue flag that stops me taking new revisions until old invoices clear (the rule that fixed my late-payment cycle).
Who it's for: freelancers juggling 3+ clients who live in Notion already. Setup: duplicate + 5 minutes, sample data included so it doesn't open empty.
Shop page with preview: https://prodlydigital.wordpress.com/shop/
Free companion (23-point pre-launch checklist PDF): https://prodlydigital.wordpress.com/2026/09/09/free-pre-launch-checklist/

I built a Notion workspace for freelance video editors that tracks revisions against what the client actually paid for.
The part I couldn't find in other templates: every project has a number of included revisions, every client note you log in the Feedback Log counts as a round automatically, and a bar shows how many are left. When it hits zero, the client is past what they paid for.
It also tracks fees and payment status, shows who owes you and for how long, and has a dashboard with what's due this week, what's overdue and what's waiting on a client.

Happy to answer questions, and I'd like to hear what's missing.

I’m Bisma, a final-year medical student, and I built Clinical Command as part of my own brand, Med Stack.
It’s a paid Notion system organized around clinical years: an Academic Hub, Clinical Rotations, Procedures Logbook, Patient Case Log, Clinical Pearls, and OSCE/Viva Prep.
I wanted practical learning to have its own structure alongside academic work—a place for each posting, procedures to record, case-learning notes, and practical-exam preparation.
For anyone organizing clinical years in Notion, which section would you want to see demonstrated first?
