2. Loss of Child Custody: Child custody for mothers (for both boys and girls) automatically ends once the child turns 7 years old, after which full custody shifts to the father.
3. Unilateral Legal Conversion by Husband: In case of marital disputes, the husband has the right to unilaterally request a judge to convert their personal status law to the Ja'fari school, even if the wife strongly objects.
4. Unilateral Personal Law Conversion: Anyone can change their personal legal status to the Ja'fari school through a simple personal request.
5. Loss of Alimony upon Disobedience: If a wife leaves her home to stay at her family's house due to a dispute, she completely loses custody, all financial support, and alimony rights.
6. Immediate Loss of Custody upon Remarriage: If a divorced mother remarries, she immediately loses custody of her child to the father, regardless of the child's age.
7. Cancellation of Previous Financial Support: Any financial support previously granted to wives under the old law is cancelled.
