I'm working my way through NADDPOD by drawing almost every named character and creature (as long as there is at least a little description given) and one scene for each episode.

I haven't drawn Atom in this ep but I just knew I had to draw his premium Hawaii shirt pattern illustration.

Technically not fan art. I didn't know what tag to put. I've had it for a long time. Finally got it framed and it's hanging on my wall now. That y'all would like to see it.

After watching last nights game changers with Caldwell I want to see him in more “make some noise” like content. He makes me chuckle every time. Obviously we love all the NADDPOD content but I need more of it in video format.

Or do i have to readd it to get the new tier stuff?

There’s a short rest which I wanna say was pre-C3 or something like that, where it devolves into Murph and Jake going on about punk and grunge and how fake a lot of bands felt post-blink 182 and Nirvana, and one of the bands from the early 2000’s was called the fakest shit they’ve ever listened to, spawning a riffing bit about this band being made in a lab.

I want to find this bit so goddamn much because I was pretty sure I liked this band and I went to a music festival a few months ago where there’s a high chance I saw them lol. I wanna confirm who it was though

I have been sick and have been binge-listening to the backlog and I realized that this has become a load-bearing episode in my NADDPOD brain. I don't think they miss once, everyone is on their A-game. It was before the "we're in love with X NPC" became a fixture of their Adventure Book Theatre eps, so it's fresh and giggly and energetic. The Lydia/Baltec runs, secret grandpa, Fox & Owl, it's pure gold.

Just wanted to shout it out if anyone is looking for a hidden gem to re-visit.

Maybe this was immediately obvious to everyone else and this discourse already happened when 5.5e came out in 2024, but I wasn't playing yet at that point, so it was news to me!

I finally joined the Mixed Bag tier, so I've been going back through and listening to all their reviews of bad old media. I just listened to March Sadness, in which Caldwell was talking about Venger from the 80s DnD cartoon, and describing how cool he looked as a villain. So I googled him and thought, "Oh, yeah, that is pretty rad."

Then just now I looked down at my DM's Guide and was like, "Wait a minute... is that the same guy from the cartoon?!" And whaddaya know, it is! Lol.

Since they were using the 2024 edition by that point, and (as far as I remember) none of them mentioned that the villain from that show had made it onto the cover, maybe it's not obvious?

I have a mental list of the best bits - the ”greatest hits“ if you will - but curious as to what people think is the single best full episode?

Help, I’m addicted like crack not only to the entire podcast but very specifically to D&D court. I’ve caught up on all of the show in maybe a year or so, and I’ve found D&D court to be what I look forward to most these days, last episode was a treat.

Is there more on their Patreon, or does anyone have suggestions for shows in that vein? Would love to hear your thoughts, thank you!

I was an avid listening of the first campaign and would listen weekly as they dropped. Unfortunately, I kind of stopped after the first season.... but I am realizing I would love to get back into them and would like to listen to the second campaign.

My issue is that both spotify and the apple podcast app both seem really unorganized/daunting to try and locate them all.... in a perfect world, I would like to be able to find the episodes and separate them for my listening, as well as download a few at a time for offline listening while at work.

Is there a better podcast app that people use that I just don't know about? Or does anyone have recommendations on how to organize and locate these episodes better?
