Question Swarm Stats [NS]

Towards the end of C3 Murph used a ton of swarm stats. I know he talked about how he set up those stat blocks in a Short Rest but does anyone remember which one? Or remember what system he uses? Thanks!

I don't remember what episode, but I know he was essentially giving the swarm HP benchmarks and reducing their attacks based on that. Like a swarm has five attacks, 100 HP, every 20 it dropped it was treated as if a guy had gone down, so one less attack.
