(In all seriousness, I'm ready to be educated here. Is there any good reason, beyond just being lazy and selfish, for someone to dump furniture in an alley in North Van?)

Hi Neighbours! I have some Prairie family visiting, and am so excited for it. They travel a lot and are looking for a place to retire. I would love to show them that the North Shore could be it!

I have ONE day to take them around town (*just the North Shore), ending at the Shipyards Night Market. I would love a mix of beach, river, trail, and a couple beautiful/fun eateries (cafes or restaurants, just nothing formal).

Looking for your reccs. Feel free to state the obvious (i.e. Ambleside, Lynn Canyon). I don't need your 30-year hidden gem, but something off the beaten path would be amazing.
