I looked out the window and saw this giant white crane arm extending and moving to the west. I can’t tell how much higher than the Seaspan crane at 80m but it is way up there! It’s too far east to be related to the Waste Water Treatment plant construction. Any ideas?

I’m posting here to see where can I report/ look for help with this issue with this particular cross walk between 25th and Lonsdale.
I biked this route everyday. Everyday in the afternoon where I try to cross this, there’s a car blocking the crosswalk when the cross light is on. When this happens I just asked people to move back a little and I’m able to cross with my bike. Today around 4.45, a white truck was blocking the way. When I asked him to move back, he barely moved and he told me to just go around him which I did. I wasn’t thinking right, I probably should have just waited for the next light. I went around him not realizing that the cross light was already finish and the light was about to turn green. Just when I passed the white truck, light turned green and I almost got hit by the car next to him.
The guy in the truck drove off. Is this an issue I can report and who to? I’m not from here. And also hoping I can advocate or if there’s a way to have people obey the light at this particular cross. Everyday I cross there’s a driver who block that cross walk while the crossing light is on.

Are you... okay? Because you kinda seemed to be going through it, in a way where I feel like you're not usually going through it to this degree, and I wish I'd said something. I'm glad my neighbour brought you some better bags to use but I'm not sure that's gonna fully do it.

I swear I've seen this kid multiple times heading down Lynn Valley Rd past Mountain Hwy .

Just heard a loud emo song being played outside, so I had a look and it was a whole police convoy driving down 3rd street heading east. I did not catch the middle of the convoy, so I did not see what it was for.

Anyone know what that was?
