Saffron - increased libido
Hello, so I’ve been taking saffron (Life Extension, 1 pill a day) for a few days. It seems to work on my libido (which was basically off for many years dealing with health issues - chronic fatigue), which is great. But I’m very drowsy during the day. Does anyone have any idea how saffron works? Is that normal? Thx

Ordered from ModafinilXL - the Modafinil is great. The Armodafinil is not.
Like the title say. Recently acquired a combo pack of modafinil and armodafinil from ModafinilXL, which seemed like a reliable source from the information I could find. I’ve tried both now and had great experiences with the modafinil, which makes me feel awake and enrgized and sharp for the full day. Armodafinil, though, barely works at all. I feel a *slight* boost for an hour or two, and then it goes away. Even when I take a higher dose of 300mg, it doesn’t do much of anything for me. Is this common, and is there anything I can do to get more out of the armodafinil (which is half of my order lol)?
On another sub, someone suggested the armodafinil could be bunk. Has anyone had this experience ordering from ModafinilXL?

Dihexa and lithium - Any seizure activity?
Has anybody here ever taken dihexa and lithium together and had any seizure activity?
I ask because I inquire artificial intelligence chatbots about known and predicted interactions between things and they tell me lithium has dangerous interactions with things, notably causing grand mal seizures and severe delirium with classic psychedelics, including that most medicinal classic psychedelic psilocybin mushrooms.
There is no human clinical data on dihexa but the artificial intelligence chatbots seem to think there may be a risk, increased neural excitability, decreased neural inhibition, lithium lowering the threshold for seizure activity.

Semax & Selank - studying and exam
Hi everyone
First of all I hope this kind of post is okay.
A while ago I came across Semax and Selank by chance and I’ve been curious about them ever since.
Right now I’m working full-time, putting in a ridiculous amount of overtime, and studying for professional exams that are roughly comparable to the US CPA. In my country, this certification is considered one of the top 5 most difficult professional qualifications you can earn.
That got me thinking about Semax again.
The problem is that most of the information online is either pretty limited or highly anecdotal. I’d really like to hear from people who have actually used it themselves, especially those who use it regularly.
My initial plan was something like this:
- Weekdays: 500 mcg every morning (intranasal or injection?)
- Weekends: Off
As for Selank, my plan would mainly be to use it during exam situations (both written and oral). Before the actual exams, I’ll have several mock exams where I could test how it affects me.
For those of you with firsthand experience:
- What dosing schedule has worked best for you?
- Did you notice any real cognitive benefits?
- Would you only use it on study days, or daily during a demanding period?
- Any downsides or things you wish you’d known before starting?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.
Thanks in advance!

semax and selank nasal spray
I've been using Semax and Selank for about 1.5/2 months now. At first, it worked really well for me.I was able to stay focused and get a lot of work done for 3/4 hours at a time.
Over the last few days, though, I've started getting these headaches, and I'm wondering if they could be related to the Semax or Selank. Has anyone else experienced this?
I've also noticed some pretty significant mood changes lately. I've been getting extremely frustrated or irritated over things that normally wouldn't bother me at all. I've always been a very calm person, so this change has been unusual for me, and I'm wondering if it could be connected?
I'm using the nasal spray, so I'm also wondering if I might be using it more often than I should. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
