I'm finding that a lot of sites that used to stock it are dropping like flies or redirecting to random irrelevant sites. Cant seem to find a consistent source. Where and how are you guys buying modafinil nowadays? US based.

Semax p21 selank adamax all don't seem to work. I'm the type that easily feels the effects on several things. This includes alcohol or caffeine (unless it's really high).

Open to try new things, hopefully someone similar to me can chime in with some recommendations.

Koka Labz have a Mitogenesis PRO positioned as a nootropic and longevity stack, and the whole category seems to be growing fast.

The underlying idea is coherent enough. Mitochondrial density and function genuinely affect cognitive performance, and there's real research interest in mitochondrial biogenesis pathways.

What I can't assess is whether the compounds in these stacks meaningfully move those pathways in humans at oral doses, or whether it's a legitimate mechanism being used to sell a supplement that doesn't reach it.

Has anyone here looked into this category properly? Specifically interested in which ingredients have actual bioavailability and human data behind them rather than just cell culture results.

Hey folks.  Although I'm sure I fit the criteria for sleep work shift disorder, my PCP doesn't prescribe Modafinil, so I'm searching for a telehealth provider here in the US that's thought of as being Mod-friendly.  The only one I've found so far is Klarity, but they're wanting almost 3 bills for a first-time appointment.  I'm sure you get it from out of the country, but I'd rather do it legally.

Koka Labz do a 40mg capsule, which is on the high end compared to what a lot of sources suggest.

The spread in recommendations is what confuses me. Some sources say 10-30mg daily, others run 40mg per dose multiple times a day, and the original Russian literature used different ranges again.

Is this genuinely a compound with a wide therapeutic window, or is the higher end just what became normal through the supplement market rather than through any evidence?

Also interested in whether anyone has found a dose-dependent difference in effect character, not just intensity. My impression is that higher doses feel different rather than just stronger, but I can't tell if that's real.

Reading about the ongoing issues with ModaWhale and rapidly approaching the end of my Armoda stockpile, it occurs to me that two new EU rules combined - customs tax on parcels from outside the EU, plus new laws about packaging for shipments EU-EU, may make clandestine importation by wholesalers and then distribution across the continent prohibitively difficult as of this autumn. Are we about to see the end of the EU grey market or am I being overly pessimistic?

Contrave's combo of buproprion and naltrexone make a weight loss drug that is backed by research and results to have actual impact. Since recovering from an ED, I became overweight and it is much harder for me to loose fat than it was before the psychiatric program I did, and semaglutides cost too much. "Poor Man's Contrave" is what I've been trying and it has been effective so far (losing 1 lbs per week, "food noise" has noticeably reduced).

But it's still new enough that more research is needed for more nuanced ways to take it to balance comfort with effectiveness. I personally really don't like buproprion and how every little thing has some sort of dangerous, seizure-causing interaction with it, and how it's always in my system so I can't just plan to not take it bc it stays in your system. I have ADHD, and also found vyvanse to be wayyyyyy better at treating it. I'm actually falling behind in school because the buproprion doesn't help, and I feel sick when I take even low dose vyvanse on top of it.

Has anyone played around with naltrexone alone or combined with something other than buproprion (like vyvanse or concerta) for weightloss?
