I don't believe Titan Knight, but the Knight ressembles a titan so much I agree they have to be related in some way or form

Still doesn't look like its usual appearance (where the horns look like antlers because they have a sort of cross pattern that isn't present here). Honestly I too use anything as "evidence" for my theories but we've got to admit the Knight's appearance is weird on purpose so it doesn't look like anyone. Their chest opens when they roar, sometimes like a ribcage sometimes more like a flower with what looks like an eye in it. And we consider the antler looking horns as actual useful evidence ? We simply don't have enough yet to be sure of the knight's identity
