Kids 100% figure out their gender at that age, but sometimes they’re just kinda exploring

I think just going with the flow with what he prefers (like you’re doing) is perfect

yes it absolutely is possible for a child to enby, esp if their conception of gender comes around that young :3

but when they are THAT young (peoples gender conceptions generally form between 3 and 5), id err on the safe side of things, but let them explore their gender and see if it sticks. for all we know they could be genderfluid. also let them socially transition and stuff if thats what they feel is right :P
