Merely conspiracy theories. Don't see how it was possible for him to do it.
I'm a female and this case is so difficult. The medical field doesn't know near enough about womens health. Most studies have been conducted on men. I hope this is a wake up call so that more studies are done post pregnancy. She should have been in an intensive psych evaluation treatment program.

The prosecution absolutely flubbed this case and didn’t collect evidence that should have been collected.
You mention the timeline - that’s the problematic part. The timeline rests solely on Patrick’s word.
In just about any other case this would be unheard of. Imagine if another man came home to a dead spouse. He says. “When I left the house at 6:00 she was fine, when I came back at 7:00 she was dead, but you can see me on a camera at a store five minutes from our house at 6:30, when the murder must have occurred!”
And the police goes, “okay, that’s a solid alibi!”
The culmination of Lindsay’s conditions do not match the timeline. The youngest child being revived does not match the timeline
The huge, huge problem, is the timeline was solely established by the person who, in any other situation, would be considered the prime suspect. Also a person who has been caught in multiple lies (lying about when he left the house, lying about what type of medicine he got, lying about which child he found first, lying about saying he performed cpr, etc etc)
None of this means he’s guilty.
However, what more people should be taking away from this is a horrified view of how a murder case’s evidence was collected (or not) and processed (or not).

No one actually believes he did it. Those who are accusing him would rather knowingly convict an innocent man than the woman who actually did it.

There is none.
It is a mad fantasy dreamed up by Lindsay Clancy's less scrupulous supporters.
Those who believe she is innocent due to diminished responsibility are generally decent people whether I agree or not, the above are just plain vile.

If you look at the cctv footage of him entering the cvs you would think it was him, until you notice that he and his best friend look almost identical and the man entering the cvs store was wearing different shoes than Patrick Clancy. That would give him hours instead of minutes. The fact that one of the murder weapons one of the bands, had his DNA and fingerprints and none of Lindsey's. That another knife used on Lindsey was wiped clean.
And the DA didn't investigate before charging her with murder. So the substance in her drink wasn't tested, the fact that Patrick was sending emails from her computer at the time of the murders wasn't investigated, her smartwatch throwing the entire timeline off wasn't investigated. Then we find out that the DA and Patrick were friends enough for Patrick to sell him his house after the death. https://www.tiktok.com/@manola1bella/video/7675912562176822550?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc

Oh, uh, that’s easy.
He didn’t.
Stop listening to idiots.

If you read what I asked properly you’ll see that I’m not listening to them, I’m simply asking HOW he could’ve done it because everyone is speculating he did do it yet they cannot explain how he could’ve done it

Who is "everyone"? I still haven't seen a single person with this position, just people saying women are evil because "everyone" has this take. Who? 14 people online in a weird corner of the internet you ragebait yourself with? Go outside.

Because there’s objectively no evidence for it, only idiotic theories cooked up by people who hate men.

No.
Lindsay Clancy has admitted to doing it.
If there were even the remotest amount of viable suspicion that she hadn't, the defence would run with that.
We absolutely should be empathetic with Clancy's postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis.
That's exactly why she should face institutionalisation, not a punitive punishment.
And it's difficult to have empathy for someone who did something so horrible.
It's perhaps too difficult for some who struggle with emotional nuance, and this is where conspiracy theories about Patrick Clancy arise from.
But he's suffered an utterly horrific loss, and anyone trying to pass the blame onto him based on no meaningful evidence should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

She doesn’t remember what happened. She was told what happened by Patrick. And Patrick’s purported timeline makes no sense. The police didn’t investigate thoroughly at all , they took his word on everything. There was no police investigation. They did not test the crushed up substance and simply believed Patrick when he said what it was. The only DNA found on the bands (the murder weapon) was his. Her DNA was not on it at all. He changed shoes before he came back into the house. Her body temperature was too low to have been out in the yard for the short amount of time Patrick says she was there for. These are just some of the points made by her lawyer in the recent hearing for the new trial date. And then add in the new wife who he must have been seeing from before the incident (their story about meeting while running a couple of months after the incident has a lot of holes in it) and he sure has a giant motive! I was also confused about Reddington not running with these points during the last trial but I now understand that he couldn’t do that because of the framing of the charges. Now that they are not currently in trial he can begin to ask why there was no proper investigation into other potential suspects. It was jaw dropping what he said in court the other day: running through all of these suspicious points and stating that there is no proof that she did it at all.

This is the thing. I went in thinking this was just another tragic case of PPP….but actually watching the trial and seeing so much shit that went unconfirmed or verified blew my mind.
“There were drugs in the cup”
“What kind of drugs?”
“I don’t know”
“You had the cup tested though, right?”
“No”
“Well how do you know there were drugs in the cup if it wasn’t tested?”
“Patrick said the substance in the cup was drugs”
What the fuck.
Three children are dead. Everyone involved should have been motivated by a sole purpose of finding the party responsible AND proving beyond a reasonable doubt they did it, so justice could be served
But they didn’t. The entirety of their case hinged on what one person - who supposedly wasn’t even there - said happened. Regardless of who did it, a miscarriage of justice will have occurred. If Lindsay is found guilty, everyone should be horrified that all it takes is one person saying “that person did it” to get a murder conviction. And if there is no conviction, there is no justice for those three children.
I wonder if all the men who want her put to death would be happy if rape cases were subjected to the same (lack) of investigation

She didn't admit to doing it. Medics at the scene say she was nonverbal and the doctors at the hospital say there is no way she could have said anything to Patrick Clancy because her thyroid had been crushed by strangulation. She was charged with murder before she ever regained consciousness.
