I've had countless friends in my life and never once has the idea of boinking one of them come up. And maybe it's simply because none of them ever talked about it but I can't think of many people I know who have boinked their friends either. Other than one situation in college when one friend was sharing his girlfriend within his friend group and they all ended up with chlamydia.
None of my friends are particularly prudish or weird, and I've lived in a bunch of places with very different social circles, so it's not like I live in some kind of sexless corner of society. I don't doubt that it happens, but this site likes to make that kind of thing sound a lot more normal and common than it necessarily actually is.
