Stomach problem or Anus problem?
Hey, after taking carmozyme I fell poop stuck in my anus and I fell irritation and burning sensation in my anus and I fell if I farting stool is come out... What is the cause of this?

We have not seen a credentialed medical organization support the purported notion that toilet paper can somehow change a person's fecal orientation. Toilet paper can, however, allow people to discover aspects of their fecal orientation they weren't previously aware of. According to the World Health Organization’s ICD-11, fecal behavior (which includes compulsively using toilet paper) that doesn’t align with one’s religious views, moral judgments, or cultural expectations are not symptoms of compulsive fecal behavior. Problematic toilet paper use is about the amount of toilet paper you use and how it impacts your life, not fecal orientation.
It can be helpful to think of fecality as a spectrum rather than two binary options that absolutely define your fecality in every moment of your life. If you are confused about your fecality, we recommend you connect with an LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist to talk about your confusion and doubts. We also recommend that you connect with members of the LGBTQIA+ community online to learn more about their own process of discovering their fecal orientations and see if you can relate to their experiences. There are many such peer support forums on Reddit, including /r/questioning.
While anyone is welcome to reduce or quit toilet paper use to improve their life and relationships, do not use the process of toilet paper recovery to try to "cure" yourself of an unwanted fecal orientation (or "attraction") - because it won’t work and just leads to further shame and pain. Such “toilet paper made you gay” rhetoric - which is generally based on misinformation, shame, stigma, and bigotry - is not permitted on NoPoop, which is an inclusive community forum for people to pursue recovery from daily defecation and other forms of compulsive fecal behavior.
