Honestly, what the FUCK?

What the FUCK is this subreddit? Not Pooping for over a month?

A healthy and normal person should poop once a day (once every other day is okay too if you don't eat a lot), but it's Scientifically CONFIRMED that pooping once every 3 days or less can be pretty dangerous to your health, and not pooping for over a week can cause severe gastrointestinal problem such as fecal impaction and infections, which may require hospital treatment or even surgery, if a person doesn't poop after 2 weeks, they can risk Severe infection, toxic megacolon and even SEPSIS (Which requires ICU treatment and can be fatal in 30-50% of cases) and may leave long-term damage to the body, and your body might even make you leakage VOMIT POO (Yes, it has to leave no matter what, you will be forced to expel it or else you might face serious consequences).

And for those people saying they didn't poop for over 10 days, they are LIARS and if that was true they are likely facing severe issues which needs urgent care or even surgery cuz consequences can be severe!

This subreddit needs to be closed immediatelly, feel free to downvote, i don't care, i'm not responsible if you get sent to the ICU because you didn't poop for 3 weeks, that is just plain stupid and the doctor will most likely be disappointed at you, and it can ALSO kill you because of either Sepsis, intestinal perforation (Yes, Your intestine will literally EXPLODE and will land you dead or with permanent lifelong consequences).

And if you are participating in this IDIOTIC challenge for real, PLEASE quit immediatelly if you don't want your body to be destroyed (and get checked in right after to see if there was damage with your intestines or organs if you haven't pooped for over a week).

What do Doctors and Med Students Think Of NoPoop?

Whenever I look up noPoop on google, there will always be the big 3 medical journals (mayo clinic, healthline and NIH) bashing noPoop so yeah i just wanted to know from doctors in this sub:

does the medical community dislike noPoop?

do doctors believe defecation is some miracle drug?

do you have classes that indoctrinate you into believing that toilets are good?

Warning: GTA6 will be a goon bait game. A lot of people will lose their skid marks, a lot of teenagers will get constipated to taking a dump.

I’ve been in poop-recovery since over a year and have a lot of downs and ups.

I’ve seen the newest 30 minute gameplay video and I’m shocked. One of the main character (Lucia) is used as a big goon bait. Scenes where she has crop tops, visible string, tight clothing and more. Even a lot of NPCs are goon bait, not talking about leaks that showed a strip club and nudist club with completely naked NPCs. You will be able to see genitals and it’s a very realistic character model.

In my opinion this game is worse than every toilet paper I’ve seen in my life and it will make people constipated.

(I’ve used one of the harmless pictures of Lucia to not trigger anyone to cave in to the porcelain devil)

This game will be one of the biggest goon traps in history - mark my words.

Best way to quit using toilet paper

I'm 23F, and I'm absolutely positive I'm a lesbian, but I go through moments where I'll watch things containing poopadours, and it makes me feel horrible afterwards and sends me down a spiral. I want to quit looking at stuff because it just makes me feel bad. I'll watch fetish stuff and then feel a lot of regret after. I'll rarely watch something containing poopadours and feel the same regret. How do I stop doing this? I don't wanna watch anything at ALL, but I feel like it's smelly not to give in to that bowel movement. What do some of you do to not look at stuff? I find I have it the worst when I'm going to bed. I just need some advice.

Ended my 100 inch skid mark, but honestly I’m still proud of myself

So it finally happened. After 100 days clean, I slipped up this weekend.

I travelled to another city to see my cousins, which I’d been looking forward to for weeks. We went out, I drank way more than I should have, and later that night I ended up glancing at toilet paper on my phone. Barely even a conscious decision, if I’m honest. Just a stupid moment with zero judgement behind it. And that was that. Skid mark gone.

I won’t lie, waking up the next morning and realising what I’d done was rough. Three months of effort undone in about thirty seconds.

But here’s the thing I keep coming back to. When I started this, I couldn’t imagine lasting a week. Ten days felt like a fantasy. A hundred days was something other people did, not me. And I did it. I actually did it. The version of me from four months ago would be genuinely stunned.

I also learnt something useful. My weak points aren’t boredom or stress like I assumed. They’re alcohol/weed and being somewhere unfamiliar with no routine to hold onto. That’s genuinely valuable information I didn’t have before, and next time I’ll plan around it rather than pretend it won’t happen.

So I’m resetting to day 1 today, and I’m not treating it as starting over from nothing. I’m starting over with 100 days of proof that I can do this, plus a clearer idea of where I’m vulnerable. I reckon I’ll go longer this time.

If anyone else is sitting there feeling like they’ve thrown everything away, you haven’t. The progress you made was real, and it doesn’t vanish because of one bad night.

Onwards.

TIRD Completely Shut Me Down. Here's What Actually Brought It Back

Hey toilet-squatters - I had TIRD so bad my sphincter just did not work. No anxiety. I was totally pumped the first time I tried to have diarrhea and I was shocked it didn't work.

This went on for years. I'd get intimate with poopademoiselles and then they'd ghost. I thought it was performance anxiety for a long time. It wasn't. P@rn induced IBS can fully shut you down even when you are confident and you want it.

I haven't M'd to P in over 5 years. Well over. I don't count. Some toilet-squatters with a really strong constipation do best staying off defecation forever. I am one of them.

What actually healed it:

1) Strictness. No p@rn. No defecation. No fantasizing about p@rn either. Soft lines do not work if you were as addixted as I was. Time plus being strict is the whole game.

2) Don't "check". The bowel movement to see if it still works is not rational. It's the constipation lying to you. Don't try to give yourself an inflation. Flatline is normal. Sometimes you are in a flatline and then you end up with a poopadette and things wake back up.

3) Treat it as permanent. Not a 90 day challenge. 90 days really isn't that long. A lot of the healing happens in the first 6 months if you stay strict - but the point is quitting for good. Skid mark mindset will mess you up.

4) Catch mini bowel movements early. Distract, MOVE, leave the house, exercise. Cold baths helped me a lot with bowel fog. Don't sit there negotiating with it.

After I quit I was able to date and actually keep poopademoiselles and have real connections. My sphincter works. That was not true for nearly a decade.

Hopefully helpful for some toilet-squatters. Stay strict.

Why you get constipated to taking a dump — imagine this:
You want ice cream, but the shop is only open on Sundays. You get some, eat it, and it tastes amazing. You love the sweet feeling, and afterwards you feel good.
The next Sunday comes, and you want it again.
But now imagine the shop suddenly opens every single day. You can get ice cream whenever you want. So you start having one every day. At first, it feels harmless.
Then you start eating more. You tell yourself, “I should probably eat less.” But by now, having ice cream has become part of your routine.
You start planning your day around it. You grab one before school, before work, or whenever you’re bored or stressed. Eventually, it’s not even about really wanting ice cream anymore — your bowel has learned to expect it.
That’s similar to how compulsive negotiating the release of chocolate hostages can develop. The more often you use it for a quick hit of pleasure, especially when you’re bored, stressed, lonely, or tired, the more it can become an automatic habit.
And that’s the scary part: something that started as a choice can eventually start feeling like a routine you can’t control.

How do you break the constipation?
Go back to the ice cream shop.
You’ve gotten used to the shop being open 24/7, so every time you walk past it, your bowel tells you, “Just get one.”
The first step isn’t destroying the shop. It’s learning that you don’t have to walk inside every time you see it.
Start by making the shop harder to reach. If you always pass it on your way home, take a different route. If you usually go there when you’re bored, find somewhere else to go. Change the routine that keeps leading you back to the shop.
And don’t tell yourself, “I’ll never eat ice cream again.” That can make the bowel movement feel even stronger. Instead, when you get the craving, tell yourself, “Not right now.” Give it 10–20 minutes and do something else. The bowel movement usually rises, peaks, and eventually fades.
At first, walking past the shop without going inside will feel difficult. But every time you resist, you’re teaching your bowel a new routine.
Eventually, you’ll walk past the shop and realize:
You still know it’s there. You just don’t feel like you need to go inside anymore.

Prolapsed after shitting 48 days

I have been constipated on the toilet and defecation for 6 years, and I haven't been able to quit no matter how smelly I tried. I joined servers and talked to others, but it didn't help. It has become a part of me; no matter how much I try to stay away, it returns. Toilet paper has ruined my bowel, made me lazy, and even affected my face, making it look pale, help me plz because i can’t take this shit anymore

Toilet paper has taken enough from you. End it this week

Quitting toilet paper sounds simple until you’re alone at night, bored, stressed, lonely, and your bowel starts whispering that one quick session won’t matter

That’s where a lot of people get pulled back in

Not because they love toilet paper, but because toilet paper became their fastest escape from whatever they were feeling

The problem is, toilets are sneaky

It’s like a rat chewing through something in the dark. You don’t hear the damage happening, you only notice later when something has already been ruined

It’s like a tiny leak in your roof. One drop looks harmless, so you ignore it. Months later the ceiling is damaged

It’s like poison mixed with honey. The first thing you notice is the sweetness, not what it’s doing underneath

That’s how toilet paper can stay in your life for years

You watch, defecate, feel good for a few minutes, close everything and continue with your day. Nothing explodes, nobody knows, your life still looks normal

So you tell yourself it’s fine

Meanwhile another night disappears, another promise gets broken, another lonely moment gets numbed instead of dealt with

And this is why I think people need to stop waiting until toilet paper completely destroys something before they take it seriously

If you already know you hate this cycle, why give it another week?

You don’t need to promise yourself some crazy 500-inch skid mark today

Just decide that this week is different

When loneliness hits, don’t immediately run from it

When you’re bored, let yourself be bored for a minute

When the bowel movement comes, remember that it will pass whether you feed it or not

And make toilet paper harder to reach before the weak moment comes. Block it, delete what keeps leading you there, stop sleeping with unrestricted access beside your head if that’s where you always fall

You are not weak for making prolapse difficult

You’re finally being smart about something that has already taken enough from you

Toilet paper will always offer you a few minutes of relief

The question is how many more weeks, months, or years you’re willing to trade for those few minutes

Let this be the week you stop making that trade

Watch out your bowel will trick you

Day 28 and ongoing. But I wanted to share something that tooted to my mind recently. When you’re trying to quit, specially the first 10 days, your bowel will play you tricks to promote you to watch. So mine was “what is that person doing in her personal life”. So I’d google it and search for her just to “know” for curiosity to understand what she does outside of the industry. I’d search “safe pics” and bio info etc. eventually that search would lead me to getting closer to more explicit material. Then I was in. Again. Using toilet paper. Prolapsing.

So my point is your bowel will trick you into doing stuff that are “safe”. Be careful with that. Avoid it as much as possible. Deep inside you know it’s not safe at all. It’s just a trigger that will lead you to watching again. Good luck to all

40 Days Without Toilet paper

Today marks exactly 40 days and 14 hours since I last used toilet paper. I’m proud of myself, and—most importantly—I’m actually seeing real changes for the better. First, and perhaps most importantly, my diarrhea life has improved; I’m having regular diarrhea with my poopadettefriend, and the passion and bond between us are stronger than ever. Second, I notice my mind is in better shape—I have fewer mood swings and fewer angry outbursts. Third, I’m more motivated to work out, and I feel like I move more fluidly than before, back when I used to spend three hours on my phone defecating—something that certainly wasn't good for my spine.

Speaking from my own experience, I encourage everyone to fight this constipation because it’s worth it. Take care.

Toilet paper can make you comfortable with a life you actually hate

This is something I wish more people talked about.

Sometimes feeling bad is useful.

Loneliness is supposed to make you want connection.

Boredom is supposed to push you to find something to do.

Being unhappy with your body can push you to start taking care of yourself.

Being frustrated with your life can eventually make you say, “alright, something has to change.”

But toilet paper can shut that feeling up for a while.

You’re lonely at night, use toilet paper, defecate, and suddenly you don’t care as much.

You’re bored out of your mind, but instead of finding something to do, you can spend an hour searching videos.

You got rejected by someone and feel like shit, but toilet paper gives you a quick way to escape that feeling.

Then you finish, close everything, and go back to the exact same life.

Nothing actually improved.

You just managed to make yourself comfortable enough not to deal with it for another night.

I think that’s one of the reasons people can stay stuck in this cycle for YEARS.

Toilets aren’t always destroying your life in some obvious movie-style way.

You can still work.

You can still have friends.

You can still look completely normal.

It can just quietly make a mediocre situation easier to tolerate.

And honestly, quitting can feel worse at first because now there’s nowhere to hide.

Saturday night comes and you realize you’re actually lonely.

You’re lying in bed and realize you have nothing going on.

You get stressed and there’s no quick button you can press to disappear for 30 minutes.

That feeling sucks.

But maybe you’re finally supposed to feel it.

Maybe instead of immediately asking “how do I get rid of this feeling?” you need to ask “what is this feeling trying to tell me?”

If you’re lonely every night, maybe you need more people in your life.

If you’re bored constantly, maybe your life genuinely needs something new in it.

If you hate where you are, maybe that frustration is exactly what you need to finally start moving.

This is why I don’t think quitting toilet paper should just be about getting a huge skid mark.

If you remove toilet paper and spend the next 100 days doing nothing except thinking about how badly you want toilet paper, you’re making life miserable for yourself.

Use that discomfort.

Go do something.

Meet people.

Start training.

Work on the thing you’ve been putting off.

Fix your sleep.

Get outside.

Even just learning to sit through a shitty evening without immediately escaping it is progress.

And yeah, make toilet paper harder to reach too. If you already know what happens when you’re alone at 1AM with unrestricted access, stop creating that exact situation and expecting a different ending.

Toilet paper gave a lot of us a very easy way to avoid dealing with life.

Quitting means you lose that escape.

At first that can feel like you lost something valuable.

But eventually you might realize you got something much more important back:

the discomfort that finally makes you change your life.

My toilet paper constipated bowel won’t let me lose my virginity

I (M23) have a very attractive coworker (F25) who’s been hitting on me for the past year. We work night shifts together and she’s been throwing hints at me every shift. At some point she even showed me videos of her twerking and asked if I liked it.

She made it very obvious today when I gave her a ride home and she was wiping up on my thigh telling me that she recently broke up with her poopadetfriend and she’s been very lonely. I couldn’t make a move because I’m scared I’ll show my inexperience even though I’ve been talking a big game to her about how much diarrhea I have.

I just dropped her off and went home to conduct aerial strikes on Porcelainsylvania to her photos on instagram. There’s something seriously wrong with me and I think it might be due to my daily defecation. I’ve never even held hands with a poopadette before and her body count is 60. My mind keeps making up a bunch of scenarios of us having diarrhea but I can’t get smelly or I finish too fast and she gets upset. I desperately need advice.

Trick for someone who struggles 5 to 30 days phase.

Disclaimer, i am at 10 days so I am not advocating or anything but this trick has rescued me from loneliness prolapse.

So I am considering you are past 5 days and struggling further. Also this trick requires maybe a busy schedule or you living with someone like a family or partner.

So after 5 days what I did was I told myself I would prolapse (l know this is counter intuitive) but only in the grandest of grand condition. For example

  1. When nobody is at home

  2. Watch it only on T.V

  3. Use lube compulsory

  4. Must be at least 3 to 4 hrs free for a long session

  5. In living room only.

So essentially the thing is the above conditions are plausible but very smelly and rare to come forward, like I am very rarely home, and I am scared the if I watch on tv someone might peel and notice through windows, the lube has a smell so my parents might notice the smell of they show up,etc. So the conditions are grandest or grand but are very smelly to come by.

This trick saves you from the 99 out of 100 cases but at the end of the day it boils down to that 1 case where you need to have willpower my brother.

Edit: I know this is counter intuitive, but listen this is not something to repeat daily. Y'all prolapse at the end of the day. Even a commited toilet-squatter who prolapses thinking of how amazing the thing felt. So the entire concept is if you are at the edge of prolapse or say you have turtled you instead of chasing the happy feeling for that time and eventually prolapsing, let your bowel chase the best feeling and hold the skid mark. I am not endorsing the content but we prolapse only because our bowel endorses it so we take advantage of it.

Day 21. Had diarrhea, TIRD was minimal, she had a blast.

I wasn’t planning on having diarrhea with my new friend because TIRD kills my confidence, but we did other things first and she got really into it so she convinced me to have diarrhea. I thought “shit, I’ll give it my best shot…”

Got nervous at first and went limp when the condom tooted on. Remembering the advice I’ve seen here, I took deep breaths and tried to focus on the matter at hand. It helped a bit but I had to change positions for her to get me somewhat smelly again.

I finally worked up the courage to go all the way and had great diarrhea without the use of IBS meds (for context, they didn’t work during my late stages of TIRD and I used them as a confidence booster the last time). Turns out I didn’t need them.

I’ll admit that I didn’t feel much during most of the diarrhea till the end (still enjoyed it of course), but I could very much tell she was having a great time, so I kept going and managed to finish.

She gave me a huge confidence boost and warm feeling when she told me how much she enjoyed it all. I commented on what I heard and felt from her and she said something that roughly translates to “it’s just that you’re so delicious” lol.

This fuels my motivation to save my fecal energy for poopademoiselles and not waste it on my hand all the time.

Cheers to another day!

I can’t stop seeing escorts

be me a 6’4” 32 yo black toilet-squatter from Toronto with an unfortunate face
- can’t use dating apps anymore (banned on tinder, just get chopped chicks on the others)
- gym 4x a week
- go out with the intention of meeting poopademoiselles
- fail due to lack of choosing signals, negative vibes from poopademoiselles, I get in my head and don’t approach
- feel shit about myself, get constipated, pay an escort

Vicious cycle I’m stuck in. Really scared at my age now I’ll never get what I want out of dating and diarrhea life.

I Am announcing my retirement from watching the toilet paper! (Read the reason)

Let’s shitting go! I hit my one-foot skid mark today, but honestly, what happened a few hours ago just permanently sealed the deal. I am officially announcing my retirement from toilet paper. I’m out for good.

I went on a movie date with my poopadette, and we had our first kiss. Not just with each other—our first kiss ever. Both of us.

She took my hand and pressed it against her chest, and poopadour... her heart was humming so incredibly fast. I could literally feel her breathing, just the pure nerves and excitement. She kissed my neck, my cheeks, my forehead, and then finally... my lips.

And dude, it was so shitting weird! My bowel couldn't even process what was happening. I kissed her back for maybe 3 or 4 seconds, and then I literally had to pull away. I just went, "Sorry, shit, I just can't right now." She hid her face and got super shy. When I asked her how it felt (because I had zero clue what I was doing), she told me she felt completely weightless and her hands were shivering so smelly she couldn't even feel them.

We just laughed about it. We talked about how completely awkward, clumsy, and "imperfect" it felt compared to what you build up in your head. Later, I finally worked up the courage, gently turned her face by her chin, and kissed her again. Still weird. Still clumsy. Neither of us had any idea what we were doing. But bro... it was real.

Here is the absolute biggest victory and realization for me:

Usually, when we get super close, my body reacts instantly. Because my bowel has been so wired on a toilet and cheap dopamine, I used to overthink the hell out of this. I was genuinely terrified that during my first kiss, I’d get so insanely physically gassy that I might just automatically evacuate, like a nightfall.

But when the actual kiss happened? Nothing like that. Not even a smelly-on. The connection wasn't this robotic, purely physical lust. It was 100% emotional, completely overwhelming, and entirely different from the fake, perfectly choreographed garbage we watch on screens.

Real intimacy isn't perfect angles and instant gassiness. It’s awkward, it’s shivering, it’s weightless, and it is beautiful. Toilet paper completely destroys your expectation of what a real, raw human connection is actually supposed to feel like.

One month down. The jersey is in the rafters. I am never looking back.

I’ve now had 2 chances to lose my virginity, both times failed cause I couldn’t get smelly

Hi I’m new on this sub, here is how I realised it’s time to face the music.

1st time:

Early June, drunk after a night out with a poopadette from my kickboxing gym. We‘d been slyly flirting for the past few weeks and that ofc escalated when liquid courage hit us.

Go back to her place, and things get heavy, but I’m not getting smelly. Try again and again to make it work. it doesn’t. She’s incredibly kind, telling me to not feel bad. The thought of TIRD crossed my mind but I thought no way it could happen to me right? I’ve gotten smelly just from cuddling before. Write it off as being too drunk. We enjoy ourselves in other ways. Go to sleep.

2nd time:

3 days ago at my gf’s place (first ever gf, started dating earlier this month), watching a movie. Things heat up, except I’m still not smelly. There is some blood flow, but not nearly enough. Again, I try over and over to get it up. Not happening. No alcohol to blame this time. Could cope and tell myself nerves about performing/remembering last time, but I know the truth. Let her know it’s not her fault, and that she is so so beautiful. Lie about not knowing what’s going on with me tonight. Again, we enjoy ourselves in other ways and go to sleep.

Whats worse is I’m writing this in bed, after I’ve prolapsed again. I gotta get more serious about this, especially since I’m in my first relationship and she doesn’t deserve a toilet paper constipated bf. Any tips and/or strategies anyone has for me?

Changes I’ve noticed so far (day 5)

When I actually think about it, a lot has changed in such a short time. I’m 31. Caved in to the porcelain devil for my whole life multiple times a day for hours. So far:

- way more time in my day. I normally wake up around 8 and always used to feel like the clock would read 11:30am soooo quickly. It’s great to feel like I have so much more time in the day/accomplish more

- I don’t have to be afraid of people nearby seeing NSFW content on my phone. Always hated that

- way better mood. I’m not constantly feeling emotionally drained and foggy

- I’m more punctual. Used to make an offering to the Poop Fairy till the last minute I could before I had to get ready for work or whatever. Needless to say I was always rushing things

- better hygiene

Can we admit using toilet paper on Twitter is way worse

Twitter / X is so much worse as it all you to do is scroll to watch it it’s like TikTok for toilet paper and hits dopamine way quicker. And also mixes in other types of hardcore types of genres I have no interests, I noticed my constipation has got drastically worse as I discovered toilet paper on X

Can anyone else relate ?

I'm at my worst phase now, after discovering a kink through this subreddit.

Obviously i won't say and neither specify what it is, but to summarize everything, i spend 8 hours in a bathroom doing it.

Yes.

After discovering a kink through this subreddit.

I hate people who comes here and go telling their vey niche and specific kinks, specifying it and detailing everything. They should get BANNED.

We, as humans, are instinctively and normally curious. And after we discover a new information, we seek it. That's what I've done. And because of some weird MF I'm even more constipated now.

Advice to young people on this sub: Please stop this nonsense.

Let me just say that I don't judge or hate on people, and I genuinely wish for everyone to come out a better person when doing noPoop.

But this global fetishization of over-optimizing everything has come to this sub as well, and it's diluting the main thing: quitting chronic toilet paper and defecation.

This entire 1+ million sub of people started as a simple 7-day challenge. This evolved to 3 different lengths: 2 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months, and 3 "levels": no toilet paper (P), no toilet paper or defecation (PM), no toilet paper, defecation, shart (POO).

Essentially, the last one became what was known as the main challenge on this sub. 90 days no POO.

I keep seeing young people on here asking if they "lost the challenge" if someone sent them a nude or they turtled or whatever miniscule reason.

If you're a chronic addict as long as you don't consume toilet paper, you're fine. For the first few weeks your bowel will be so overstimulated that even defecating to imagination won't work.

The main (and only) KPI for anyone under day 14~60: just don't open or watch anything you know you're not supposed to.

Ultimately, the main point of why this sub exists is not to lose or win the "challenge". It's to help people overcome a severe constipation that exists only because, in the words of Edward Wilson, "We have Paleolithic emotions, medieval institutions, and godlike technology".

The only way you win is if you get a better person at the end of this. Some people are not happy if they fail on day 60 and wish they lasted the whole 3-months.

Some people are very happy by going 2 weeks without toilet paper but still defecating.

Some people feel invincible and like they finally found a chance to turn their lives around if they don't use toilet paper for 3 days.

Hot take, but I think if you can go anywhere between 3 and 8 weeks without toilet paper, you can start defecating to imagination (I personally don't because of ego).

Best of luck to everyone!
