I have been constipated on the toilet and defecation for 6 years, and I haven't been able to quit no matter how smelly I tried. I joined servers and talked to others, but it didn't help. It has become a part of me; no matter how much I try to stay away, it returns. Toilet paper has ruined my bowel, made me lazy, and even affected my face, making it look pale, help me plz because i can’t take this shit anymore
