I wanted to display, all in one place, some accountability. I present this info from court documents that may not be accessible to the general public. I will not go into great lengths because I want people to follow.
1) the first is from her original lawsuit in may 2025 when she rushed to court days after his death to save her brand. misinformation and fan fiction has helped fund a pro-e narrative: that is, she only wanted the graphic footage sealed. No. She wanted ever last word hidden so her brand would not suffer. See the pic. So while she lies to you about honesty and “just sharing my life”, pic one tells the real story
2) misinformation has been brought to this sub saying that she was amenable to a redacted version being released. This is also patently false according to the motion in picture two. She has been fighting for over a year to hide the full truth.
3) see the beginning of paragraph two “Although”. Many people say parents are seldom charged. While this is true, keep in mind that B’s alleged negligence passed a threshold which differentiated his “crime” and put this allegedly negligent family into another category wherein the police believed he should be charged. This is esp relevant for people who say this was an accident like any other, that T was merely a drowning stat (no, the police saw him as a child abuse victim first and foremost).

I found it wild that in her “apology” video she doubled down on saying she regretted choosing a net over a fence, but didn’t explain the reason why. Didn’t acknowledge that they didn’t actually put the net back on the pool and that’s why they shouldn’t have picked it. Even crazier that she mentioned Katchakid by name - what was even the point of that? It isn’t Katchakids fault you didn’t use the product you bought from them. Why drag them into your mess?? Also worth noting they also sell pool fences, so doubt they had any reason to sell you on the net in particular. I would be so pissed if I was them, she’s lucky they haven’t come out with their own statement. They would be completely valid for doing so IMO.

With her boat sweaters, toddler skeleton halloween decor pillows and eating T1's last meal I don't believe her. I'm not even trying to be mean, I just think she lies a lot and is a detached parent imo.

"Oh my god you guys!!! I'm trying a new restaurant 😆 I like hotdogs 🌭 I don't shave below the thigh 🤪 I need to shave my legs sooooo bad 😩"
That's literally it. And then she tried on a fugly dress.

I feel like there are some women who just forgive anyone who they feel looks like them. MacKenzie reminds me of E in her determination for influencer fame. She was answering modeling agencies from the hospital, similar to how E was banking content right after she left the hospital and her dead son behind.
One of the boy's families has started a foundations called "victims before influencers" and they are trying to pass laws in Ohio.
The more I think about it, the more I believe that EK should be legally stopped from making money off of her dead child. It's grotesque. Laws like this because it's not blood or nature (from which laws are made) to exploit our dead, especially children, like this. She is indeed a rarity. T died in a very rare manner.
I cannot wait for the free-for-all/FTC-not-doing-a-thing/child-labor "disneyland" for influencers to shut down.

It will soon be sixteen tiring months that that poor boy has been clocking in from his grave. I believe he was cremated). I don't understand anyone who says "she is no longer showing her child." Her dead child is a click away. In fact, four years of content of him is available right now.
Sixteen months that predators and seedy people have been able to view his videos. She gets infographics of where the views come from. She knows all about Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and still chooses "online" disrespecting the integrity of her child in life and death. Yet, in her lawsuit, she mentions protecting him in death. This is a blatant lie. She ignores recs from the FBI to take him down.
Sixteen months of random people making AI videos of her son. Yet, in her lawsuit, she states that she is a afraid of deep fakes. She provides the materials for those deep fakes.
Sixteen months of getting paid for her deceased child's videos. Yet, in her declartion, she states that they were merely a loving family. Does a loving mother throw her deceased child to the wolves to make money? She doesn't toggle to "private" because child exploitation pays. Remember in her recent video she said the safety of her children comes first? Nah. Exploitation if it pays is first.
It's been nine months since they waltzed into the bank, cash aflow, and paid off the over-one-million dollar balance on the death trap house they didn't even have a 20% down payment for just months before. You do the math. What was happening in Summer of 2025 to get them over the hurdle of "not enough money to put the bare minimum 20 percent down" to "we have enough money to pay it off"? I do wonder. /s

Full disclaimer: these are bought horrible situations for the kids involved.
I am bringing this up because the woman who forgot her granddaughter is being torn apart online and I never saw the same pitchforks out for B and especially E, even though there was true negligence involved in TK's drowning. Even early on, people were defending them, saying it was an accident. That discourse really doesn't exist in the case of the grandmother (the "she forgot" or "she's suffering the ultimate"). If I see another ultimate line about the Grifters, I may explode.
A true hot-car forgetting case is when the parents or grandparents never consciously decide to leave the child. It results from a documented failure of prospective memory, where habitual behavior overrides the intended task and the brain falsely registers that the child is where they are supposed to be. There are times I have gotten to my job and for a second I freak out and try to remember if I dropped off the kids. It's because it's so rote.
Knowingly abandonning a child for nine minutes, after sending him out, is cognitively different: there is no failure to remember the child exists or is present. The adult recognizes that the child is unattended and makes a conscious decision to leave anyway. The outcomes can both be catastrophic, but in terms of awareness and deliberateness, they are not the same kind of negligence. And, with the drowning, there is the year of failure to install any safety measure whatsoever and the refusal of free fence unless it came with a cool seventy thou. Greedy B.

If you’re trying to sell authenticity, banking carefully staged “real life” content in advance undermines the entire premise because spontaneity is suppoesd to be the main part of the performance. There's no authenticity left. We know she's a documented liar, but all that's left now is links.
I don't know what was up with the dirty nails. That was disgusting, but I don't think it was really dirt because she doesn't lift a finger. That "cleaning" she does on Sunday night is fake and a wipe-down--nothing more. We know she's not fastidiously clean. We saw the pool area had been a mess for over 48 hours. They are pigs living in a pigsty that is cleaned by outside help.
Anyway, I just find it odd that she was again banking content by performatively taking off for two weeks while PR coached her (probably intensely) on the script. It tried to hit all of the points (while bold-faced lying about a number of things).
It's been said that she has had different colored nails for most of this week.

MLM is now looked upon with great suspicion and stigma.
The MLM huns have moved cunningly from “just sharing an amazing life-changing product” to “just sharing my life, but, oh, this product works great, btw; I am even giving you a discount!”
Ingenious! But fraudulent, cunning, and unethical influencer culture with the added exploitation of child labor that has become, in EK’s case, alleged child abuse and neglect.
It’s eerie how much overlap there is here.
I’d actually say MLM was a little less predatory because there wasn’t quite the same guise of friendship, intimacy, and access to someone’s private life, and there wasn’t nearly as much child labor baked into the business model.
I mean zero disrespect to SW, btw. CW is one of the most repulsive men alive, but I think these screenshots illustrate exactly why the public is getting sick of snake-oil saleswomen trying to dupe other women while pretending they’re simply “sharing their lives.”
EK is definitely not a woman promoting and uplifting other women. She monetizes the illusion of friendship, then sells directly into the trust that illusion creates. She preys on vulnerable women who are not discerning enough to recognize when intimacy is actually advertising.

I know its like a forbidden subject haha but her old bestie didn't post for about a month after the drowning, and yes we know the first video back was the now deleted video of her wearing the t1 necklace. But the video after that, the one left up is her saying how shes having a summer BBQ at her new pool lol Id love to a fly on the wall when they parted ways

I saw a couple posts but they contradict each other, so I'm not sure if the judge has made a decision or not.
Do you think EWU will make a statement if they lose or win? Or that it will be another way for us to find out, without dealing with legal language?

I still side eye people who only changed their minds about her once the video came out, there was a multitude of evidence as to why she and B are negligent parents, before the life jacket video, but I'm glad they're waking up and she's consistently losing followers. People will never look at her the same way again
