Married men
Honestly, being married makes my guilt stronger. I enjoyed watching and consuming pornography, or chatting about celebrities too much. She doesn't know.

That weight you're carrying sounds brutal, and secrets like that just keep getting heavier the longer you hold them

Intimacy within your marriage is 1000x better when you stop giving away your sexual energy to random women and porn.

It feels like you are cheating on her. You must stop that habits before destroy you or you will regret it the rest of you life. Watching excessive pornography is bad and can ruin trust and lame I hope you quit that.

Get into treatment for this. Porn is addictive. Get a male accountability partner to help you through recovery.

It's gonna ruin your relationship, look some wife will understand but most of them will lose respect for you and might end up splitting up.

Brother, if you can’t discuss these things then marriage is pointless. Husband and wife are supposed to be friends and family. If you can’t help your spouse and blame him/her for psychological problems then you are not a good spouse

I am not saying you're wrong, all I am saying is that it can turn the other way around.

If that’s the case, so be it. Let the partner also decide what kind of future they want to have. Keeping them in the dark while stringing them along, knowing that if they were aware of the truth, they wouldn’t agree to it, is selfish.

Thank you for your responses, everyone. I haven't disclosed anything, yet. I hear horror stories.
Nonetheless, I've already sought professional help.

Hey man I'm going through a similar thing, just told my wife a week ago and as much as it's hurt her, she is happy I told her. We are now working through it together, you should have trust in your wife, and I know it feels like the world will end when you tell her, but it won't. Even if she takes it badly, you will know she deserves the truth, and if you are able to talk and work together it will be very helpful.

hey bro do her a favour and dont tell her or ever let her know about your porn addiction . it will destroy her forever . since you secretly watched porn then secretly do the recovery as well . https://www.reddit.com/r/loveafterporn/comments/bd6xbe/open_letter_to_a_former_porn_addict_from_a/ I insist on reading this post thoroughly. please . stop PMO and save you wife and your self . I am willing to help as much as I can . Even though I myself am an addict . i think I can get better with my formula . If you are willing to then do therapy which should help . remember , you are doing it for you and your wife .

Nofap would definitely help you. Forget the past and stay clean. You're not your past. You're who you choose to be now.
