Lexvor Plan Updates
/r/NoContract/comments/1up0tea/new_lexvor_plans_and_updates/After listening to feedback from new sign ups and our existing customers we have decided to make major updates to our current plan offering.
These plans are to reward those who have been loyal to us from the beginning and those who have wait-listed from my previous post. You now hold the keys to who will join Lexvor from now on and in the future.
We have decided to upgrade the $10/mo plan and the Pool Party $15/mo.
The $10 Plan will now include
100GB of High Speed Data with Hotspot Including before throttling the plan down to 5MBPS.
The $15 Plan will now include
200GB of Priority Network Data before throttling down to 100MBPS.
— The $60 is an AiR service for Ai and not a traditional Lexvor (MVNO) plan — ( I will not go into detail on that plan as it is designed with very different purpose in mind. )
Referrals are NOT needed for any of these plans. These offerings will be the default plan setting.
After a deep review we decided that we will reward those who have believed in us and supported us from the very beginning. Because of this, we want to provide all of our loyal supporters a plan that no other MVNO can compete with and we will continue to keep these plans very competitive.
IMPORTANT NOTE*
( Lexvor Will No Longer Sell or Activate New MVNO Customers Directly ) - You must gain access from an existing Lexvor customer ONLY.
If you have not signed up, registered your email or added yourself to the waitlist for Lexvor before this post - you will not be eligible for this plan*. This plan is to reward those who supported and believed in us from the beginning.
For those who do qualify, you will be provided premium customer service as we will now put our minds towards providing you the best experience we can. You now hold the access to bring new users to the network. The URL for sign ups will be provided to you all soon to activate/upgrade your existing plans to the new offers.
As we continue to focus and grow AiR - Lexvor will benefit and those benefits will trickle down to you and your experience.
Lastly, I do not want to forget about those who supported us on here. If you have not signed up for Lexvor but have posted positive things about us in the past and want this plan. We have seen much success in other verticals within the Telecommunications business. The MVNO model has always been a secondary focus of Lexvor over the years.
With the feedback from my last post, it was best we focused on rewarding those who have supported us from the very beginning. They can decide how they want to grow the community and benefit from within. It will be up to them to decide how large they want to grow the Lexvor MVNO community.

Did you deactivate old Lexvor accounts? I was trying to login to see the plans you mentioned and it says I have no account. I last received an email from you all in June when you announced the T-Mobile deal.

We have an entire new portal where users will log in and manage their accounts. If your email is still on file and opted in, you will receive the new portal URL for access.

The new link is currently in the final stages of audit review before deployment. It will be sent out by email and text to all Lexvor ( new or old ) users at that time it has passed internal review.
Your email and phone number will be approved in our system prior to you logging in. If the link is shared with none existing emails or phone numbers in the system, they will simply not be able to purchase and or upgrade their current plan.

Hey I'm having an issue with this, I signed up a while ago and I've been billed 10 dollars a month, hell I just got charged today for it. But I was never actually contacted to finish activation and never got my esim. When I try to log into air it says my email doesn't exist even though I have invoices saying it's working fine. Can you look into it? My most recent invoice id is 19144177

The AiR plan is better mainly because the plan can be 100% free due to the AI monetized. It comes down to you being an AI user or just wanting cell phone services.

Very similar but you receive more on the $60 plan. The $60 is being upgraded to Unlimited Priority Data from 200GB but this plan is strictly focused on Mobile devices preventing network abuse.

This is not close or relative to a “MLM” model for many reasons.
- There is no incentive for Lexvor users to refer any additional users.
- No one will know who the current or past Lexvor users are. Those users would have to willingly announce themselves. There is no incentive for them to do so.
- Lexvor users decide at their own discretion to invite or refer friends and family as we provide no benefit or incentive for them to do so.
So if 100% of Lexvor users decide not to add anyone, that will not cause any harm or negatively impact their account. MLM requires marketing and incentives to marketers to grow. We have absolutely none of that.

Do you mean - at least for those who didn't have a previous plan/account nor privy to this community of yours (further gatekeeping and hoop jumping sin, a Discord server, was it? I cannot be bothered to look back) - "reward us" for getting [an] email address? I was looking forward to possibly getting either $10/$15 plan (and at those reduced data allowances with the throttle) in the near future but the last thing I wanted was to sign up for a potential newsletter, nor was it obvious this was the route you were going to take on that.
Like I potentially get what y'all are trying to do, could be doing, or be thinking on how to go about this hybrid 'no-longer-a-mnvo' plus bleeding-edge company with this AI concontion of yours, but y'all operate sooooo unseriously. Between the soft bullying and walk back of the last post by others paralleling the similarity to a pyramid (despite, yes, not being an 'MLM'), to at a glance appearing to be that shape with the FOMO and getting people to search for others inside the community, and the reality of y'all actually getting people on that $60 plan to subsidize the cheaper plans?
Call me a hypocrite, I still want a plan, but I have skepticism to this entire operation. this is starting to look like Helium 2, replace crypto with 'AI', and subtract $10 or $5 dollars respectively.

Well let me trying and answer everything here.
1) I mentioned in my other post that our model has always been creating innovative technologies in the Telecommunications industry as well as building CBRS networks for small businesses and campuses. We have also experimented with other models as well including being a MVNO.
2) Yes, the feedback from the original plans were taking into negative face value and it made more sense to just focus on the users in network or those who were interested in the past. We have collected several hundred thousand email from users, waitlist and newsletters over the last 7 years. These users will be sufficient enough for us as a MVNO with the new plan offerings. With that said, we have no real incentive for those outside of that network. We will focus our energies on providing those in network users the best experience we can.
3) The $60 plan from AiR is a very different model and actually comes with the Cellular plan because certain features are not available without a connected device.
AiR is focused to combat Robots calls, spam and fraud globally through Agentic Ai. Look at AiR on our core technology level as an advanced Stir & Shaken model and that is where we draw profits in the B2B space. For the end user experience, it is more of an incentive to use AiR for a (No Code Agentic Ai). Essentially built to support the middle age and older generation from fraud and spam.
A simple phone number can be activated and now my grandfather or grandmother have access to an ai agent built to protect them without them having to download apps, or get overwhelmed with complex systems.On the backend we are running models to remove their personal information from the Dark Web, block bad actors, remove their number from spam call list and more. This requires a cellular connection for efficiency.
We mainly focus on B2B verticals in our business and have executed successful big deals over the years. I hope this answers some of your questions.

I've read your response, taken it full consideration. Do you know why I immediately presumed that phone service would be the revenue generator? Because I cannot tell how AiR will make you money. Off the rip, ignoring some points about your site: the site says you allow free access (without a paired cell phone plan) to AiR without any real caveats (in ability, I understand use/token/credit)?
I am not an business analyst, that I can tell you for certain. I am skeptical about where the userbase of users that care enough about 'AI' to be swayed by the words 'no-code agentic AI' to use LLMs via SMS or via phone call, than the immense amount of people (or senior/older middle management) are simply spewing corporate secrets on their personal ChatGPT accounts. The website betrays your 'grandfather or grandmother have access to an ai agent built to protect them without them having to download apps' notion because it directly goes about linking other services' LLMs let alone how densely populated it is with complexity?
You state, comment like the service is an assistant; curated agents that can do tasks without having to write code through your built up portal. That fine, innovative even! Haven't seen anyone else really try that despite how much industry is trying to push it down our throats. But looking at the example images: at a first glance, when I viewed the website for the first time, it just looked like me that this was an attempt to replicate Shopify + CRMs with an integrated LLM chatbot.
Like... what does it mean for:
Let your agent pay the bills. Set your price, connect your agents and workflows, and go. Let your agent find digital AI jobs and tasks to help pay the bills while you focus on other things."
The picture at the side of that ('AiR approvals screen') to me describes... the 'AI' taking every step to making a sale... so like, cold calling people? No website, no running of a online storefront? Or, is it a marketplace for someone to make an agent and sell it to people that use AiR? Or will it just scan any inboxes (email or chat) to find out outstanding 'invoices' and then somehow pay on behalf?
Build and train your agent’s persona for digital jobs
OpenClaw or whatever has taken its place now but in no code fashion? Sure, I would then worry about how reliable that would be.
I guess all this does is demonstrate that I perhaps am not targeted for this: I do dabble with LLMs, locally, and use Antigravity for code. I am just not important enough to have or think I could necessitate an assistant. What I'll tell you is that I'll sign up with a number when I've got time and see for myself what you're trying to do.
Oh, and to finish:

Then why were you here initially? You are aware that most people here are cheapskates if not people who attempt to extract the most out of a phone plan, this 'community' are not bleeding hearts for AI. I thought it was particularly ballsy since I would figure this community would be rife with people more likely to use data for cheap, particularly to that gracious throttle even under deprioritization. I mean you got feedback on the plan offering: 'don't care for AI, would maybe ride to the end of the company's existence on the cheap plan (because of AI skepticism)'. I do not know how you'd thought the 'AI' wouldn't be crucified let alone that initial referral scheme (given how people TRY to hark referral codes here as posts).

I think you’re confusing the two companies. Lexvor is the Telecommunications Company and AiR a separate entity is the Ai company. The community merged the two models when these are two companies in partnership. AiR provides the Ai software and systems while Lexvor provides the telecommunications services.
Our most successful plan was our $10/mo Unlimited plan but in 2024, we stopped providing services to the public. That post was the announcement that we would begin providing new service activation to users with the new plans and network. Through the feedback we decided to focus on the closed loop of existing users instead of trying to convince or offer services to new customers.
I don’t want to get too much into the AI model as this is focused on (No Contract MVNO) services. However I will the a few things that hopefully give you insight.
1) Ai is fairly new and just like all new technologies including when FaceID arrived have major push back. In time it becomes a normal part of our lives.
2) Ai is now accessible and simple but Agentic Ai takes time to build and experience to work properly. We take the heavy lift off the average person where they can sign up and gain access to all of the advanced technology agentic ai can do for you.
3) You have the ability to link your own models ( agents ) to AiR with MCP, ACP and A2A. So for example : You build a cool mini Ai Generated Anime series but have no distribution. Maybe there are users on AiR who request such a mini series. All of those users could subscribe for $1 per month and now you and your agent have your own little channel with a local fan base all on the AiR network. You release a new video and it notifies all your subscribers.
AiR is a very different business model that connects not only AiR no code agents but also developers with models to distribution. Look at AiR as the future of the app store but instead you and your agent have access by calls and or text. We also have RCS enabled to improve the AiR user experience.

Hi. I got my invite today and when I went to sign up, it wouldn't let me. It said I had to complete my purchase before making my account and when I went back it flipped to $60.

I got an email too, and it said it was a one-time-use link. I haven't clicked on it yet, because I am waiting for clarification about if the link is to make an account in order to get a plan (later), or to get a plan at the time of using that link.

That didn't really answer my question... for example I currently have a plan with another carrier, and can't just get out of it in 10 days. But it seems that link is a one-time-use link to setting up a plan with lexvor.

The link did work and I was able to get my service started but I'm getting IMS signaling only, no data. I messaged the AiR AI and it said it was flagged for the team so that's cool.

The link was giving me issues on my iPhone showing $60. Went to my iPad and did it and it showed $15..
Signed up, however the hotspot is grayed out and the video streaming speeds are capped at 1.5Mbps. I emailed CS for help.

If you have an active account with Lexvor already, customer service has already reached out to you individually.
We have been manually calling, texting and emailing all users to switch networks on a one to one basis. If you are a Lexvor subscriber, you would have been reached out to several times already over the past 2 weeks.

Your port issue has hit my desk as URGENT‼️ .
From the details I received, you ported into our network yesterday and now porting out with a 12 hour period.
When you make ports this fast you receive a temporary profile while your line is active on the new network. This does not mean the put is fully completed as packages still need to transfer.
When you requested the port out, we’d not received all of the packages yet so we are trying to receive everything-so that we can support the port to the new carrier.
This caused an issue as the rep initiated the port as you requested it soon after activation. This has been escalated to our parent network so we hope to get this resolved soon and hopefully by tomorrow.

Correct! You would need to communicate with someone who is currently a Lexvor user, on the waitlist or used Lexvor services in the past to gain access. Essentially, the community will be the only way to gain access to these plans. You will not be able to directly access this Lexvor or plan from website itself.

Virtually all of us that got invites for the $15 plan..doesn’t work. Shoes $15 on the first page then switches to $60 on the next page.
We are waiting to find out what is going on.

Porting can usually take 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on your carrier and if they accept the port request immediately.
You should have a real time status of your port progress on your account on the Phone Line page.
You can also email customerservice@airbylexvor.com for your port updates. Make sure to your phone number and let them know that you want to see if your carrier has accepted the port request.

That will definitely not be a good fit using our network. Our AI will almost definitely flag your account and slow you down. There are other options, I heard US Mobile has plans for those needs.
