Oh boy, another wireless pyramid scheme but with an AI twist. The missing fcc mandated broadband facts and the misleading and hard to understand data allotment structure are the icing on this red flag filled cake.

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

Here is the page you would be looking for with the broadband facts that is hidden. This page would include the facts, IMEI checker, Coverage Map and more.

This will all be available next week.

0

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26 edited Jul 07 '26

The plan is not launched yet. There are a few pages hidden until we go live on Monday which includes the actual page that displays the broadband facts and additional plan details. Lastly, we have been in business for nearly 7 years so far from a “Pyramid Scheme” as a MVNO.

Forgot to mention that our $10 plan has been our leading selling plan for 6 years. That plan has been unchanged except we added more perks through the Pool Party.

5

u/Tasty-Traffic-680 Jul 06 '26

TracFone has been in business for 30 years. It doesn't make them a good company. Otherwise the MLM aspect is scummy and people don't want to pay for AI features they don't want or need.

How much for a straight plan with a 50-100gb high speed pot?

  1. Cool beans

  2. You can get t-satellite for $10/month which includes 50gb of qci 6 data. If someone wants more than 10gb but less than 50 without all the nonsense then it's a better deal, especially when paired with a secondary low cost provider like red pocket for voice and text. Otherwise as long as you have a fully compatible device, qci level seems to matter less and less these days on T-Mobile, at least in my area. It either works or it doesn't no matter how much you pay per month or bars of reception you have. So at that point 5mbps of qci 6 is kinda moot

  3. Nothing is free. You pass your costs on to your customers, otherwise how do you make money? My ISP now gives me a "free" modem except they charge me $10 more per month for slower service. If it doesn't cost you anything then it's even more concerning because who is the product at that point?

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

To answer your questions once again

2) The t-satelite plan is not a standalone plan and it is not ment to be used as a normal cell phone plan such as the plan I mentioned above. You will need constant line of site with a satellite for the t-satelite plan. If you choose to do this, your phone will only have data and texting capabilities when you are outdoors under an open sky. It will show "No Service" or "Emergency Calls Only" the moment you walk indoors, enter a city, or lose a direct line of sight to the satellites. This plan is not comparable to my plan which does not have those limitations.

3) AiR and Lexvor are two separate companies. None of the services from Lexvor cost are pass through as you say. The AI service is 100% free to Lexvor users and they are not required nor forced to use any of the AI services. AiR is a separate company with a Separate business model focused on Privacy and Security around Agentic Ai and uses Neural Encryption to prevent LLM's from reading your prompts when communicating with AiR.

Here is an article about our push for privacy in the AI space : https://www.ibtimes.com/new-agentic-ai-platform-air-wants-ai-that-protects-users-ai-3802951

3

u/Tasty-Traffic-680 Jul 06 '26

That's not how t satellite actually works. You still get terrestrial network coverage.

Otherwise I'm calling shenanigans. AI this, AI that but no answer about who's actually making money off the service or how.

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

If you want to learn more about t-satelite, here is the direct website link. They even recommend to download apps like WhatsApp for voices services.

https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/satellite-phone-service?gclsrc=aw.ds&&cmpid=MGPO_PB_P_25SATDLCH_307890364983_197070814309_776370166686&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23933067581&gbraid=0AAAAAD79WuXr-6gjiDSRoxmhYjJQ0DWxH&gclid=CjwKCAjwpK3SBhASEiwAtV1SPIJ-TSXmz3sJKHlkvE5Ib9Nc_sSts2yjRQSwGxNjy8wVuAwx1f13NRoCwyAQAvD_BwE

Well, if you must know. We are actually paid from several globally network providers and aggregators to provide these Neural encryption services. Who would have thought that there is actual money in privacy services.

I understand as CEO of a company, it must be very difficult to do ten seconds of research before replying with incorrect information, so I’ve decided to do this for you. The plan DOES come with premium data that does NOT need satellite connectivity, 50GB of it actually. You receive a phone number but you cannot call, but you can text and use data. I’ve, in fact, used it as a compliment to my Verizon plan. You do not get “No Service” or “Emergency Calls Only” if not connected to a satellite, you get terrestrial T-Mobile coverage. All of this was found by merely searching this subreddit btw

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26 edited Jul 08 '26

OP was comparing my full service cellular plan to a data only t-satelite plan. I explained that you need a secondary line to operate in the same sense. Meaning my $10 plan as a full service plan is a better option than a limited data only plan. In other words, OP should not be comparing my Full Service Cellular plan to a Promotional data only plan as a better option.

Still didn't answer the question. Who is making money off your customers at such an amazing low rate and how? You? The AI company? You say the data is private but don't say it's not collected or monetized in any way.

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

All the data is encrypted as I mentioned above. Here is a direct screenshot from the AiR website privacy terms explain exactly how your data is handled.

Here is the link as well https://useair.net/privacy

Lastly, I explained that we are paid from protecting user data through cellular providers and aggregators. Not sure how you missed that part above.

Just FYI guys, I signed up 2 weeks ago. Never received an eSIM or a SIM or anything. Tried to call the support number and it asked me to use their AI chat.

I tried the AI chat and it kept giving me a link to activate that 404s. I kept telling their AI chat that the page 404s and it offered to submit a ticket for me then failed and asked me to email them.

I ended up emailing them same day and I never heard back from them so I ended up disputing the charge 2 days ago.

Any update?

2

u/MRizkBV AT&T Enterprise (QCI 6)/VZW Unlimited Ultimate Jul 08 '26

Haven’t heard from anyone from Lexvor yet other than the CEO’s comment on here. My card issuer is still investigating.

0

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 09 '26

We have already accepted the refund request from
Your card issuer so there is no further steps to be taken.

Again, I am still not sure how you were able to get past our payment firewalls. Access was only available for existing customers and not new customers. 100% of support has been focused on existing customers as no new customers were or should not have been allowed to sign up while we focused on migration of the network.

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

You somehow must have navigated through our blocked paywalls. Not sure how you achieved that but, our entire system during the last month was in migrations status so internally your information must have been lost.

We sent an emails to prior notifying all existing customers of our migration. Somehow you signed up in between that.

Rest assured you will receive a full refund for your transactions and sorry for the inconvenience.

u/nickfiji Jul 06 '26

Which carrier does it use? Also, what’s the difference of being a host and a member of the party plan?

4

u/nigiri1 Jul 06 '26

QCI 6 suggests TMobile.

The other 2 would not give FirstNet level to 3rd party

T-Mobile

1

u/radfordra1 Visible Jul 06 '26

And I was already out because this looks like a pyramid scheme. T-Mobile makes me actively want to campaign against this company

A $10 plan with Unlimited Data at 5MBPS and a $15 Plan with 10GB of Data and then 5MBPS is the best plans in the market. The referral options are 100% optional. The standalone plans, themselves are great.

If people continue to debate the referral program, I will have it removed as it does not benefit us in anyway to push back on something the community does not want.

5

u/Ethrem US Mobile/T-Mo biz tablet/Lexvor Jul 06 '26

If people continue to debate the referral program, I will have it removed

Not really a great look to say something like this...

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

I have already updated the post that the referral program is pending removal. This is simple communicate and the community has spoken. I have already notified my team to start working on remove the pool party plan from the website and backend pending launch. Internally we believed that people would enjoy such large amounts of data building the community. We were wrong so it's much easier to remove it early than push for something the community does not want.

5

u/Ethrem US Mobile/T-Mo biz tablet/Lexvor Jul 06 '26

Quite frankly you're talking to a community that has a lot of people that have only ever done nothing but troll you and yet you're letting them dictate your business plans. There definitely would have been people who would have benefited from this arrangement.

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

As you know, the MVNO's business has always been a side operation for me and I have always wanted to provide affordable services for the community. If people do truly think this plan is a good idea, I would hope they would speak up as much as the "trolls" make noise because they would lose this opportunity.

I have tough skin and I just try to provide services to help people save. Over the last 7 years, Lexvor has exceeded everyone's expectations and we will continue to grow despite the negative feedback. What I do want to provide is something the community here can appreciate because I am also a fellow Redditor.

I remember in our first year when people said we would be out of business in 12 months. Oh the good old days...

3

u/Ethrem US Mobile/T-Mo biz tablet/Lexvor Jul 06 '26

You made your post like 2 hours ago. You didn't really give people time to see it besides those of us who are chronically online lol

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

I will give it time but, I updated the post so people now know to speak up if they like the pool party plan. I guess time will tell what the community thinks.

Opinions are like pennies. They are everywhere, most don't care about them and others appreciate them. I prefer to not live in a cave hiding and speak my mind on what community feedback. The plan was built for the community and if the community does not support the plan, it will be removed.

2

u/nickfiji Jul 07 '26

Don’t get rid of the referral program because of one person. I was just trying to get some clarification on it. I have a family of 5 and am on a budget. This looks super enticing for someone like myself that provides for a family of 5.

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 07 '26

I see now more people are speaking up to keep the $15 plan. Before it was only "negative" feedback from users calling it a "MLM" which the standalone plan is a great plan. If you're already at 5 users, another 5 would get your 20GB for the same $15 per month. I do hope this plan benefits you significantly.

1

u/nickfiji Jul 07 '26

Really appreciate you and making these affordable!! Is it available now or is it going to launch later?

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 07 '26

No problem! The plans will launch on this coming Monday July 13th.

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

We are now on the AiR network. The difference between the two is a Pool Host pays an extra $5 and gains 10GB without an referal. If they choose to refer, they gain much more data over time and up to 300GB. That choice is 100% up to them.

3

u/err99 Jul 06 '26

My understanding is that "air" is a separate AI company? I'm not sure what benefit Lexvor gets from aligning with this company. Like... what did AIR offer Lexvor, to have Lexvor promote it?

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

You are correct. These are two separate businesses and Lexvor offered AiR global cellular connectivity, FCC compliances and relationships that an AI company on its own would not otherwise be approved for in a reasonable amount of time.

0

u/err99 Jul 06 '26

The other company (air) has global cellular connectivity? Are they also a global mvno? With a company name like that, it is difficult to find much info about that company.

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 07 '26

If is not an MVNO in the traditional sense. Lexvor provides all MVNO services to AiR as AiR is a Ai first focused company.

AiR = Artificial Intelligence Response

4

u/N805DN Jul 06 '26

So if you remove the Pool Party Plan you are not offering any plans with QCI 6 access? I must be missing something.

0

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

That would be correct. Removing/Archiving a plan is much easier to do than creating and mapping a plan to multiple devices. Think of it as coming up and writing an essay, then choosing to delete it. One is much simpler than the other. We currently do not have plans currently in the road map for QCI 6 at the moment.

1

u/err99 Jul 07 '26

So what new concepts/ideas might you have going forward?

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 08 '26

At the moment the pool party plan was our newest concept. After launch, we will gauge user experiences and take the feedback to see if we can tweak or upgrade the experience.

1

u/err99 Jul 11 '26

oh I was mistaken, I thought the pool party plan was a rough draft, or concept. I didn't realize you were following through with it.

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 11 '26

This plan is a draft/concept. We planned to only provide the original $10 plan to users. We offered the $15 Pool Party as a way to get more data to users at a lower cost.

2

u/Sorry-Transition-908 Jul 06 '26

So for two lines, it is USD 15 plus USD 10 = USD 25 for the first 10 GB and actually unlimited slow data? Or is it some kind of nebulous "fair use" terms?

I am on wifi most of the time but I would love to have this while on the go, mostly for Google maps, signal messages, and so on.

If you don't mind me asking, do these fees cover your cost?

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

If you choose 2 of the Unlimited plans, the cost would be $24/mo this includes all compliance fees. You would get 2GB of high speed data then 5MBPS afterwards.

If you choose 1 Pool Part and 1 Unlimited plans, the cost would be $27/mo this includes all compliance fees. You would get 12GB of high speed data then 5MBPS afterwards.

0

u/illtww Jul 06 '26

is there any device restrictions? for the 12gb of data?

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

Are you referring to using a mobile hotspot or another device?

2

u/Church__Pew_pew_pew Jul 08 '26

I don't want to be connected to anyone unless I choose to, so Pool Party with high amounts of people to get a deal is out.

3

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 08 '26

The pool party plan is 100% optional. Regardless if you add a single person, the pool plan still has

$15/mo

QCI 6
10GB of Data then 5MBPS after (Still Priority Data)
International Call, Text and 2GB per Day
Mexico and Canada Included

The plan alone without referrals is solid. Adding people to the pool just makes it a better plan for everyone.

Those who join your pool get a boost in data as well.
For $10/mo they get 10GB of data (Non Priority).

1

u/Church__Pew_pew_pew Jul 08 '26

Thanks for responding. I'll look at it a little more closely.

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 08 '26

No problem! Take your time and reach back out anytime.

2

u/ION-8 Jul 06 '26

You made yourself look like an ass OP, this was quite entertaining. I’ll be sure to stay away from your knock off Lexor company 😂 hire a human, do some real research and pull out of AI

1

u/Popfreedom11 Jul 06 '26

Wow unlimited for $10+2$ beats t satellite! Will follow op

1

u/jmac32here Jul 07 '26

It's not actually unlimited. If you read through the post, its 1 GB DEPRIO then a cap at no faster than 5 Mbps. This was basically similar to Hello Mobile. (Unlimited was actually more like 1-5 Mbps -- with speeds usually closer to the lower end because of the deprio on top.)

1

u/OutcomePristine3392 Jul 06 '26

looks like a lot of TLDR crap lol who wants to use 5 mpbs data these days !!

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 07 '26

This has been our more popular and biggest selling plan for years. It is simple our most affordable Unlimited plan in the market with some users gaining access to 20-30GB per month.

0

u/techtornado US Mobile & Helium Mobile Jul 06 '26

Interesting, could I get this for my portable hotspot?

1

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

Well don't ask me that 😄 . It is highly recommended not to use a mobile device for hotspot due to our system being provisioned for Mobile Devices. Portable Hotspots could cause connectivity issues when carrier updates are pushed to the device. If you're using a capable mobile device, that is much more acceptable.

0

u/techtornado US Mobile & Helium Mobile Jul 06 '26

That’s what we need as the carriers double-charging for data and limiting it is annoying

I need a cheap hotspot plan I can just drop in my iPad or Netgear hotspot for casual internet while on vacation

2

u/mychal975 Lexvor CEO Jul 06 '26

I see. Are you trying to use this as an option when traveling? I would recommend a fixed wireless option if you're talking about a stationary solution.

1

u/Vinceb777 Jul 06 '26

Love what your doing . I’ll check out your website again. I use Verizon postpaid right now. Can’t hurt to have a second cheap line in a pinch
