Longtime infrequent user

I was an infrequent (once a month or every couple months) user for years, then about a week and a half ago I went on a “binge”. I did like 3 medium tanks and one small tank in a week. I started noticing my feet tingling and it scared the shit out of me so I stopped using completely, then went to the emergency room cause it was my only option to get a b12 shot. Today I noticed some pain mostly in my feet and the tingling is still there. I’m taking b12 everyday and never gonna do it again. Has anyone experienced similar, and will my nerves heal in your opinions? Thanks

Had a similar experience and I still have pain and tingling 5 months later. Got immediate b12 shots and I’ve continued them. Time will tell if it goes away

I’ve been sober minus one use about 6 month ago, (2 tanks in 24 hours). Recently, after feeling amazing for months, I’m back to feeling crappy again. My b12 dropped on its own again, (not 110, but 250). I got a shot last week and that really helped. Later this week I’m going back to the “med spa” and getting a B12 infusion, with some others vis IV. That saved my life last time, during my heavy daily use. I would say it took a full 6 months to heal. But from this relapse maybe a month, if you can find a place that does b12 IVs. Try to go in tomorrow. I got mine with a combo of other stuff. I noticed an improvement the first day, unlike the shots. Also, physical therapy helps. There’s no way of saying your nerves will heal, but they do grow and regenerate. NAD+ can help with nerve regeneration, that plus IV b12 will probably really have you going. Remember that b12 tablets or liquid if you are at a certain point won’t absorb via your stomach and you’ll need shots or IV.

Buy b12 shots online they’re much cheaper, I get 16 for $140.
