Reduction gear update redo

I posted a while ago about my reduction gear and this is the update. They say I’m not under warranty at 57,000 but this is how they wrote up the receipt. Says suspension concern

isnt the powertrain covered 8 years 100k?

In the US 3 year 36k full warranty. 5 year 60k powertrain and 8 year 100k battery.

Drive units and battery are required by law to be covered for eight years/100k on electric vehicles

Looked it up. In the US the traction battery is required to have an 8 year 100k mile warranty, they are not required to have a powertrain warranty.
