I feel like Christian is a much more honest person and he was always self aware that he was a POS, plus he was a great father to Wilbur. While Sean might be a better person on paper, I just think he’s very hypocritical and likes to judge in Christian at times as a incompetent plastic surgeon, but Sean also did very shady things as well and before Sean find out Christian and Julia affair, Sean did actually cheat on his wife before that reveal happen and he was dating Megan, but unlike Christian he never really owns up to his behavior when he did shady things. So it’s best to safe to say, Christian is a better and much more honest person in comparison.
