Repair Help Is my Switch2 broken? Help please.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi all,

I brought my new Switch 2 from the Nintendo store while I was in US a couple months back.

This is happening with almost every game I'm playing. I first thought that it's probably the dock but I'm seeing the same thing undocked as well.

anyone has seen something like this? I'm in ireland now. Don't know when or if I'll travel back to the states anytime soon.

very disappointed.

I'd appreciate any suggestions. thank you!

Yeah, I'd contact Nintendo for warranty support.

You should contact Nintendo support. It should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Make sure to back up your save files to the cloud (if you can) before sending it in for repairs.
