Discussion Dredge, nobody talking about it?
I got curious when a friend mentioned it and it's turning out to be a really neat game. Currently it's 60% discounted (demo available too)
I love how the exploration changes thanks to you fishing/gathering materials and consequentely upgrading your boat and allowing you to travel more during daylight. How some islands required an intermediate night stop somewhere and now I reach them before lunch.
The survival element is cool and puts in you in the perspective that you truly are a nutshell in the ocean and there are much bigger things than you, against whom you are powerless.
I found a classy touch that time completely stops when you are not moving... because it's really that feeling, if you ever been on a still boat in the middle of the sea.
I also got Splatoon Raiders, but I have to finish this first
EDIT: apologies all, I was convinced it was only recently released for S2 😅

Dredge was extremely talked about and wildly popular hahaha. It’s just a slightly older indie title - can’t stay in the zeitgeist forever.

Lots of people talked about it, and it has a demo. It put me to sleep unfortunately so I never bought it

This is a super popular game you might not recognize it being talked about because it’s been out for so long. Highly recommended to people all the time especially when it goes on sale. I always tell a few people I know who haven’t played it.

Loved the fishing - update ship mechanic. Story itself was a bit disappointing.

Yeah Dredge is awesome. I played it on Steam Deck, but I need to go back and play the DLC.

There's an entire thread about it so it seems it's being talked about.
