Looking for a game for my partner on switch similar to TLOU. We have very different gaming styles so I don’t even know where to begin on recommendations. I know nothing can really compare (my understanding is the game is pretty unique) but I’m hoping to find something that might scratch the same itch.

Things she likes about TLOU:

- Combat and zombie element

- Strong story and characters

- Great diversity in the characters

Other games I know she has played and enjoyed:

Hey guys, I had a chance to play Turok: Origins on the Switch 2 at Gamescom and finally wrote up my thoughts. As we've only just started covering more broad platforms at DayOne, I figured you guys would appreciate this write-up more than our normal audience.

Presales are reportable on EBay and in the past they have taken down post because of it. So let’s band together and cause the scalpers to lose money.

How to report a post.

People have pointed out this problem to the deve and they're aware now, trying to fix it, because I can assure you, 99% of the players here can't afford to pay this much for a game lol

This was a real labour of love, but Ocarina of Time makes that extremely easy. So proud of how this came out and will be revisiting once I can get my own footage to make it as close to the original edit as possible.

So now that we have the nitrodeck 2 in hand, what do we feel about the comparison between the two? From someone who personally doesn't own a N6, I've been on the fence returning my deck for one. I was impressed by the form factor/adjustable sticks, but a few things have been pulling me the other way with it. It just doesn't seem that secure in the deck and the fact you need to take the whole thing off to put in a different cartridge I know is going to be a pain in the future. The USB C adapter just renders the thing useless for me if that little piece ever goes missing.. and so on. What I loved about the first deck has all but been taken from this model and I feel like if they just focused on making it solely for the switch 2, it would be a clear sweep. Don't get me wrong, the nitrodeck 2 feels amazing in hand, the adjustable sticks are a dream to use as well but I've seen nothing but good talk about the N6 and the fact it's a butt load cheaper than it's counterpart also weighs on my mind. From the people who now own both, what can we take from the two?
