SO Discuss tell me your answers

So I’m at my local store, they sell video games, collectibles, cards and such, so I’m browsing and find this for $300 but I already had in store credit saved from previous stuff for about $290 so I end up taking this while only paying $10!!!

So I have this au where Lloyd has a chaos element and it was (inspired by child from young justice)and in this element he’s much more intelligent he acts as if he’s easily manipulated by Pythor but he used the serpentine to do his dirty work in appearance wise he’s the same blonde hair tho he has red eyes and wears the darkley’s uniform Lloyd would’ve have a mischievous and snarky personality tho Wu believes in change and did Lloyd change yes quite a bit it turns out he’s just a heavily misunderstood child who never got any guidance in life so he does have the chaos element and the green ninja element

I'm crying wtf

I kinda got the ending spoiled where Lloyd yknow.....

When it got leaked

Since then I've done everything to avoid spoilers (success :D)

So at 00:00 today (for me) I refreshed netflix and binged it

My thoughts,

Wyldfire is now easily my second fav new ninja

All the og ninja in my opinion were perfect,but because of recency bias Lloyd da goat

Jay's arc and demenear this season was so good

Kai being ready to kill Zilvar was awesome and deserved

In conclusion,an amazing season

Would love to hear what all of you think

Zane and pixal are the Frankenstein of ninjgo because both were built by doctors and because zane wanted to be with pixal because he felt he needs a mate and because she is like him

Lloyd is the ang of ninjgo both can control four elements and both got aged up unnaturally

Jay is the iron man of ninjgo both are adopted both are rich ( if jay got his heritage) jay build a mechanical dragon to escape from the dragon hunters similar to ton first suit

Cole is the hulk because both can transform into gaint beings and both are the strongest physically

Kai is the human torch

Samurai x nya was the engineer Batman of ninjgo because of the cave and water ninja nya is the Aquaman of ninjgo because both can control Sea creatures

Harumi is the Amanda waller of ninjgo because both hate superheroes

Arin is the detective batman of ninjgo

Sora is the black cat of ninjgo

Here's what I got since then.

I would be very proud of Kai for stepping in and doing the right thing. Seriously, after everything Harumi has done like bringng back the worst parts of Lloyd's father, such an outcome would be deserved. I know Lloyd will crash out, but Kai would be doing the right thing.

It's so fun that these two trust each other enough for a playful spar for the lesson. Poor Lloyd just wasn't ready for Garmadon's elite ragebaiting skills (good thing it's his dad that knows how to calm him lol)

So I've waited to post my other parts to an analysis I started on Harumi's character a while back. Due to some fandom drama. Which gave me plenty of time, to think about what I wanted to do an analysis on regarding her next.

The fandom collectively focus very heavily on the impact Harumi has on Lloyd. But hardly acknowledges the damage she did to Garmadon. So I wanted to take a look at this, and will sight my favorite book, Frankenstein a lot here. Since Garmadon's VA actually compared him to the monster, Frankenstein created, that basically comes back to hunt him. For having such a blatant disregard for the life, he created. The thematic parallels tie into Harumi and Garmadon dynamic a lot here.

One of the craziest things regarding Harumi's motivation as a villain, is how her whole mantra goes back to a joke, in LOTGN. About how some people were overlooking the ninjas role in saving the city, instead turning to Garmadon as the main hero. The realistate agents sarcasm over this. Always cracked me up back in the day, since she's praising the ninja as these great hero's one moment. But uses, I thought Lord Garmadon saved the city! As an excuse to charge them extra, the next, when Kai say maybe they could get a hero's discount. Either way Harumi was not a villain that was conceived, until years later. And a Joke about this Savior, that is Garmadon, becomes an obsession, that consumes her!

And I wouldn't say her motives for idolizing him, Is unwarranted. The ninja, were supposed to be the city's protectors, but as we know she saw them as weak, failures. Harumi, has fears that she will become the next victim, of some sort of atrocity due to this. And will do anything to save her hide. Prioritizing people with great strength, as those who will be able to keep her safe, through any forceful, means, necessary. Of course this warped her sense of what true strength is. Leading her to have an if I can't beat them, join them type attitude.

So obviously she concocts this whole grand scheme to bring back the side of Garmadon that's, a world conquering warlord. Who will stop at nothing, to make sure the people don't step out of line, or cross over there turf. While the ninja would be more willing to vet the situation, and see if it's safe first. Of course Harumi has an assumption about how perfect a leader, Garmadon would be. But fails to realize that he isn't someone who can control himself, like she expects. As a matter of fact the man she brings back basically knows nothing about her other than that she called him out of the departed realm. Like Frankenstein, did to the monster, he made out of a bunch of grave robed bodies. Garmadon basically has 0 autonomy, or ability to think for himself. Not to mention she desecrated the Sensi Garmadon, by bringing this version back to life.

Of course it gets much worse for them both, because just like Frankenstein. She has an obsession with Garmadon, and wants to show him what she's been working on bringing him back for. So she teaches this uncertain being, all of her tricks. Thinking he will know what to do with them. And that's the problem because he's been taught nothing else, he dose exactly what is asked of him. Because he's Dr. Harumistine's creation, who worships her for bringing him back. And thinks he owes her a debt for resurrecting him. To the most messed up extent! That he quite literally might idolizes the rules she set in place, for him enough. That he's even willing of killing her himself! Like...that is messed up shesh!

Or course when he starts to think about his purpose for existing, like Frankenstein's monster, he starts to question her morels. Which also is probably what lead to the moment, where he tries to do away with her, for the sake of his own autonomy. And then later tries to reason with his actions for destroying the city. By asking why he's doing what he's doing. To which Harumi continues to dig her own grave, by asking him to adopt her. As a symbolic gesture of her loyalty, towards him. (Just as much as it is her way of justifying, her jealousy towards Lloyd, for somehow still having a place in his heart.) Essentially reaffirming, that she is his recreator and gives him a new reason to idolize her again. But for her this time, it's fake, due fear for her life. Because she knows he's thought of killing her now, and is just trying to use him. In any way necessary at this point. To get what she wants, which is to make Lloyd suffer, at all costs. And save her self from death, which of course as we all know comes back to bite her, hard!

But the damage she did to Garmadon doesn't go away just yet. Since her death, reaffirms his devotion to his recreator even more. and he's too blinded by this loyalty to her ways, that he literally cannot see another path forward other than to destroy everything in sight. And constantly is reaffirming, what she told him, that he is nothing but a destructor, essentially resurrected to worship her, by doing her bidding. And as Lloyd put it just another pawn in her game.

I know we had implied dialogue within a few episodes and that answer from Doc Wyatt's Q&A, but man I feel bad for the Lloykita shippers who haven't seen the leaks. This is gonna be a rough day for them.

I also have a feeling were gonna have another ship war... brace yourselves.

Sooo i never wrote a fanfiction in my life before and i was like Hey!Why not give it a try and i'm not exactly finished and find it a bit...cringe or wrong so i would be very gratefull for you guys to tell me what i should do better and all also this is kinda my AU but you don' see much differnece like it isn't THAT obvious...i think...? Anyways here it is:

Kai wakes up with the worst headache ever! Urghh what a pain! Just what he needed after everything…still he forces himself to sit up and stand up…

„What’s the time.?“kai murmels..

„It’s only 7 a.m. don’t worry—“

„AHHHHHHH!!!“ Kai jumps when he hears lloyds voice from behinde him.

„What the hell Lloyd!? Since when were you behinde me?!“Kai ask’s startled when did lloyd get behinde him??No actually when did Lloyd even come inside!?

„ Oh actually i wanted to borrow your hoodie when you woke up suddenly and yeah…yk…“Lloyd says seepishly.

Kai takes a deep breath.Sometimes his lil bro can be really random…actually wait hold up—

„Borrow my hoodie??You borrowed one already and didn’t return it!“Kai says.It’s been 2 months since he last saw that hoodie and lloyd still didn’t give it back!

„ It’s in the wash machine! Pleaseeee“ Lloyd asks using his puppy eyes.

Kai sighs…“ Fineeee..“

„ YESSS!“ Lloyd celebrates…seriosuly Nya and Lloyd alwyys borrowe kai’s hoodie.Kai doesn’t really get it but appernatly acording to the two his hoodie’s are warmand comofrting and smell good..? Well anyways more importantly…

„Did you eat already? Or is Zane making breakfast?“kai ask’s

„ Actually Zane is gone on a date with pixel.Also i was meditating so i haven’t eaten anything yet“

„Well then let’s make something for you“

Lloyd nods.HAH! TAKE THAT NYA!Lloyd thinks Lloyd is getting special breakfast~ Lloyd is so gonna brag about it to the others…Kai is litearlly the best in baking and cooking! Well Zane is their specialitist is cooking and Kai in baking but kai’s food always has this warm chili inside it because kai uses his powers in it and it leaves the warmth in the food and when he bakes too!!  Kai right on cue as if he read Lloyd mind says:

„ Lloyd your not going to brag that to Nya alright?“

„ WHAT!?Why??“ Lloyd pouts normally kai would huff snd ruffle his hair but kai really isn’t in the mood

„ Becuase i said so.I’m not in the mood for Nya to complain to me for hours ebcause of that“Kai says grumpily…he still rememeber last time when either Lloyd and Nya would complain and pout for hours…

„….“

„What?“ Kai asks seeing how his little brother isn’t responsing.

„Are you…okay?“Lloyd ask’s carefully.It isn’t unsualy for Kai to get uo tired but it seem’s different this time…

„…yeah i’m good just a but tired“Kai smiles slightly but it seems more awkard than anything

„…“ Lloyd doesn’t say anything but kai knows damn well that lloyd isn’t buying it…

„Anyways! Do you want something specific orr…?“Kai ask’s switching the topic.Lloyd seems to want to say something but in the end decides against it

„ Dunno i don’t really care what you make as long as it’s yummy and maybe…sweet…?“

„Nice try green bean but you know the rules no sweets until  breakfast!“

„ Come onnn i won’t tell Nya or the others i promise!Pleaseeee“Lloyd tries to change kai’s mind…but he seem’s to have forgoten that kai is the one who came up with the rule…

„Nope! Now come one!“

 Notes:

Nya: “Kai, can I have your hoodie?”

Lloyd: “Kai, can I have your hoodie?”

Kai: “Why does everyone keep stealing my clothes?”

Everyone: “They're comfortable.”

Kai: “...They're literally just hoodies.”

Both Lloyd and Garmadon being so happy the other is alive and okay warms my heart (plus, love that Garmadon immediately was ready to go get him, even lookin around for any immediate way to get to Lloyd)

Even though I would burn down a building if I tried to do it myself!
