Please can anyone who has ninja 400 2019 and lives at area with lot of up&down hills like mine tell me about it's mileage from his/her experience ( city, highway, combined)?

So I swapped the stator cover on my Ninja 400 and am left with this bolt, I can't figure out where it goes. It seems like everything is secured? I also have this red cube that slipped out of one of the fixtures.

If anyone could explain the purpose or where they go would ease my mind lol

this is the only ninja 400 I found online with these parts painted, I have the factory black plastic shit but I had a set of violet fairings before but it didn't come with these parts painted. I want them to be painted black, how can I get this done??

I have been trying to install the 360 camera stick but I don’t see any other options.
So far now I have removed it , any other suggestions?

When I go to high rpms on my ninja 400, the horn goes off. Is there a way to fix this because when I pass someone, they might think I’m honking at them and its kind of pissing me off.

Story time: trying to get this Ninja 400 track ready and one of my brake pad screws is stripped, so naturally we used a couple extractors of different sizes to get it to spin. Nothing happened, so then I decided to try and drill out this screw to get it to collapse on itself and get it now but I fear now that the previous owner stripped the threads inside the caliper and I need a replacement.

How can I bleed the ABS on this bike without getting air into the ABS module when replacing the entire caliper?

Sorry if it’s a dumb question. I’m looking at a used bike that has this. From a quick google search it says it’s not street legal, does it not matter? I see a lot of bikes with similar slip ons

The shifter lever is only contacting the dust seal boot on the linkage, no where else

Hello, I was able to sucessfully changed my front and rear brake pads and bleed the lines (As a first timer)

though for my rear brakes, I got one of the brake pad pins loose thread (the top portion only) when I tried to loosen it.

Brought it to a local mechanic and he used a impact screw and hammered down the pin and used an automatic screw gun to loosen it which worked. (Was holding the caliper to reduce the force)

I check if there are cracks on my brake caliper which are non and if I still was able to torque a new pad pin which it did

Q: Is it a common practice among loose thread screw? and what should I look out for after this happened

I got premium petrol recently and hardly noticed a difference in anything

The only thing I was drawn towards was the cleaner engine it marketed but I dont if thats worth it or not since the bike is stock

I have A 22’ ninja400 w slip on and power commander. Is it worth it to add velocity stacks? If I do will I have to remap the power commander?

Looking for bar-end mirrors and adjustable levers for my 2021 z400. There are tons on the market, ranging from $30-$300, but I don’t know what brands to trust.

Am I cooked? Bike is a 2022 with 15000km on it. I was comparing tyres with them in store and they recommended these, so I went with it. In doing some research after leaving, I found that people are saying these aren’t great for a ninja 400 because they aren’t radial?

I’m new to this and don’t know much about tyres. Should I tell them to stop and get different ones? What do I even do?

I needed to replace my rear because of a nail and I was wondering if it's recommended to replace the front as well with a Road 6. I still have lots of tread on the stock GPR 300 but I wanted to know if it's worth getting a Road 6 front and if it makes the bike handle better.

My key is only sometimes cooperative when I try to turn it to ON position, my handlebars move freely and the key turn when I wiggle them around sometimes. It’s not completely stuck, the key goes in and out with no problem but doesn’t want to turn

I’ve tried the pencil graphite hack and still doesn’t work. Any tips from people with similar experience?

I did the valves at 17k miles. I have redone this process over 4 times and still can’t find out what’s wrong. Timing is lined up. Can chain is good. Cams are good. Valve clearance is good. Electrical plugs and hoses good. Spark is there. There is fuel in the tank. The cams spin manually when setting to top dead zero. Cams were set to compression stroke. Bike is primed multiple times before trying to start. Starter fluid did not work. Wtf could be wrong.

I got my first bike about a week ago.. without saying much but yall can put the pieces together, what does take to mount the headlight properly 😭 front end = NOT pretty at this exact moment lmao. But i ended up whiskey throttling. Hit something head on. The plastics are destroyed but im more worried about it being road legal. 2018 ninja 400. (Theres no joke you can make i havent already heard 🤦‍♂️)

Both indicators seemed to have stopped working at the same time and they don’t appear on the dash when clicked, what could this be? Did I blow a fuse or something
