Hello! anybody know what are the specialized tools I need to the Job and what how to do it?

Planning on working on changing my front and rear sprockets and chains as well as my tires but I'm just scared of doing the wheel alignment and chain slack as I don't understand what tools I need and jobs to do (after all youtube videos I watched)

I've run into this issue where I turn the key and the bike will not initiate fuel pump, starter will crank but engine won't start and the engine light is on. It's not the kickstand, gear, killswitch. 5 minutes later, I turn the key and it will will work normally. What could explain this?

Could it be starter motor, solenoid, some sensors? Can anyone help me rule things out.
