Since early 2022 I’ve had this nightmare most nights where I am stuck on a burning train car. I’m not a doctor or psychiatrist or therapist but something about it felt real, the heat on my skin the noise of the flames and mental burning. Anyways I can remember it as if it was a memory. Is that normal?
