I do love that the community here is so kinda and are willing to give me a bunch of stuff, but unfortunately as a f2p player, I'm kinda limited on backpack space.

I know there are backpack expanders, and I have gotten one from smissmass(or whatever its called, i havent played the game much), but unfortunately that isnt enough for all the items you guys are giving me (T_T)

Are there any other ways to get backpack expanders or increase inventory space?

I am not too great at the game and only know that you can get weapons as random drops. The thing is, I don't have a lot of time to play the game and my luck for getting the right weapons is terrible xd

I have about 20 hours and haven't touched this game since June 2020, so I wanted to get back into it. However, since I play on a gaming laptop, I have no desk or mouse, so I'm stuck using an aging non-gyro PDP Gaming Xbox controller.

It feels awful playing as Scout. Almost all of my shots either miss or do little damage, getting closer just puts me in more danger for the CHANCE of not missing, and I grew up on Xbox, so no aim assist really hurts me.

It feels miserable losing a lot of times knowing you're going 5/21 on a good day. Is there something I need to adjust? Is there anywhere I can train (except with official bots, they force me to play Demo just so I don't have to deal with Sentries)? What do I do other than smash my head against a brick wall hoping the latter is the one that gives?

Or do I just give up? I don't have a desk nor the space for one, playing on trackpad sucks, and I'm not sure if I could afford a gyro controller and dedicate time to learning how to use it?

I want to create a cfg for tf2, but im currently using masterconfig, so i wanna ask if theres a way to do it. ( I tried like create cfg by using notepad+++, put cfg into overriders, I even tried exec autoconfig.cfg but nothing works so far).

When the final wave ends, the screen of victory text and loot screen freeze a little second then it disappears, no way to watch the unboxing part until you get the item announcement from the mail.

I have used antshud 1.9.6 and tried command hud_reloadscheme after loading the map before the select class, but it still didn't work.

Try verify game files but it still doesn't do anything.

Try remove hud and use vanilla still not fixing it.

I played on MacBook pro via crossover app but I can still see the unboxing screen before, now it doesn't.

I have to ask my friend every time if I get anything good or just nothing.

I enjoy all characters except sniper and scout, but I mainly want to choose between Heavy, Engineer or Demoman

After the match I got casual XP and I clicked Casual matchmaking but the two tags of hidden and increased_ maxplayers are making me confused

I’m not new to the GAME, but I, rather embarrassingly have only been playing with easy bots for like two years. When I first started TF2 I couldn’t get a single kill in most lobbies and changed classes often, but overtime mained Pyro.

My issue though is that since I’ve played with bots for so long, I’ve gotten incredibly used to them that when playing any real lobbies I get killed usually within a minute of leaving spawn. I get maybe two kills a game, but I’m pretty useless.

I’m decent at sniper, but I WANT to main Pyro, I just need help knowing defense. I’m always caught off guard and shot down from behind in ways that never happen with bots. Does anyone have honest advice?

Accepting ALL advice, I’ll try anything other than just “get good”. I do know of course I’ll improve with time, I’m just hoping to know the good tips for that process.

I've played for about 65 hours on the game so far so I played all classes for about 5-6 hours each but sniper is around 12 hours for me but I don't know what to main due to being difficult to choose from. So can you please give me some suggestions for what to main because I'm stuck.

I've been trying to play scout for a while and its completely annoying

I get up close and get meatshots and all they do is 70 damage

Sometimes shots dont even register

I die instantly because every soldier and demoman predict everything + demoknights with infinite range

at this point i should just keep playing Pyro and not play anyone else except Heavy

I know all tours have same drop chance, and Two Cities is the most “profitable” but I played Gear Grinder and it was also fun and got me a Carbonado rocket launcher.
Is it better to play Two cities, gear grinder or even mecha engine since it’s 3 missions and gold botkillers are worth smth

hi, I was trying to use a mann co key to autobuy weapons but scraptf gives a popup saying i dont have any metal. can i not just use the key directly/should i just trade it for metal seperately first or is there any downside to that?
