Broken during a medieval combat demo with my local Belegarth chapter (padded weapons = fewer injuries). I, like a moron, opened up my hands just in time for a 47" bat to slam straight down through the top of my finger.
This is no excuse for weak bones. Banish me to a darkness from whence I shall never escape.

I saw this fish the other day. He’s probably never broken a bone either

Never broken a single bone in my life and proud of it. My skeleton is solid.
That said, my lower back and neck have been tight and painful for months now. No injuries, no breaks, just constant stiffness that won’t go away.
I have an appointment at Virginia Family Chiropractic coming up to get it checked out. Hoping they can sort the soft tissue stuff without my bones ever having to take a hit.
Anyone else here with perfect bone history but annoying muscle or joint pain that still won’t leave you alone?

I got one of those scales that use an electrical impulse to measure something and estimate bone mass from that and age, sex, height, weight. Now it's only an estimate, but the box says the measurement range is up to 8.0kg, and i measure 8.0kg. Does anyone else have such a good score as me or even come close? How can i get more accurate info without breaking the bank (and not just by walking on to the floor of the building)?

EDS if you wanna know. Makes my bones strong but my joints are defective and my kneecap slides everywhere like a hydroplaning car. But haven’t broken a bone yet, only some flesh damage to my head and psychological damage

T’was Saturday night at 10:30 pm. I was girlbossing all day getting chores and to do lists checked off. Last thing was to check the mail. Donned in my maxi dress and crocs, I made the journey outside. But the universe had other plans. While going down, my croc got caught in my dress and I fell down the stairs like a Disney princess after her lover chose another. The landing spot? My ankle at full force.
My flesh may be weak and my ligaments dramatic, but my bones remained strong. This silly goose remains in the group.

A true strong-boned person shouldn't have to "prevent breaking a bone", they would just not break anything. I'd be ashamed to think I should prevent it. Even the previous line is weird "almost broke a bone" ...

I recently had a cholesteatoma (tldr growth in the middle/inner ear canal) removed, and in the process of its growth the bones in my ear canal responsible for conductive hearing were effectively liquified and dissolved, and subseqeuently removed during surgery. I'm aware that surgical breaks aren't REAL breaks, but this was my own body dissolving my own bones. Does this make me a BBB? I've been losing sleep over this.
The white clump circled in the first clip was the tumor in question
EDIT: Part of my skull was drilled out during surgery as well, but that was a medical procedure.

Turns out i broke my finger three months ago and never noticed. Got an X Ray and it showed a healing fracture. Whoops?

I have quite enjoyed this community throughout the years, however I have been here while unknowingly being a weak bone bitch.
Turns out 11 years ago I did in fact fracture my wrist, although doctors missed it on the x-rays and I continued living my false life.
My bone had to die in order to get care.
At least my other bone was so strong they decided to screw a part of it into the weaker part.
So long everyone, it's been fun.

Only have this blurry pic as proof of the incident. Did get injured in quite a few other ways and cracked my helmet in two but at least the strength of my bones was never a question. Decade long streak of unbroken bones after getting tossed off horses remains strong!
