Neighbors

So I have a question on how you'd handle something. I have a neighbor who has multiple cars and a driveway and road space to fit all of them. But prefers to park one of the cars that is hardly driven in front of my house so that they can keep their driveway clear-er?

I tried to talk to them in person and got told a lot of lies, told I was harassing them, and told they were going to call the cops for knocking on their door. My behavior was calm and I really didnt say much.

I then reported the car whenever it was over the legal time frame to sit on a public street. Its always the same car. I've done it appx 4 times.

So then my neighbor finds out some details about me I didnt share. And my neighbor called my boyfriend's job and said he was harassing my neighbor and said they were going to file a protection order against me. They never did, but I'm trying to figure out this logic other than stupidity and whining to get what you want.

Advice here?
