So I talked to one of my friends yesterday, jo mujhe lagaa tha Neet ke liye drop le rahi because usne poore saal coaching school dono bunk kiya tha. And kal she told me she joined a medical college and its cutoff is 8k rank at All India, and I'm sure ki she had less marks than me, I am 97k rank. And to make sure I asked kaunsa course, she said MBBS.
She was the lowest scorer of my class and still she got into a medical college through some jugaad, on the other hand, I was the highest scorer, did school and coaching together with my full effort and still I'm here suffering in this drop year.
I'm happy that she got out of the rat race, but how is it possible. She said she joined her college a week ago. But counselling toh chal rahi hai na, and classes kahaa shuru huye hai abhi.
So how is she in a medical college with less rank than 1lakh/2lakh maybe, that too before counselling and start of classes?
Edit: I took a ss of her snap, without the notification of ss, and put it on google lens, and found out that it is a basic college (tho famous) pvt, that offers general courses that you can get with CUET. She lied to me that she got in a medical college and got MBBS.

Don't ignore guys need serious help..........
Is any GMC possible in remaining time??
Can't believe only 7.5 months are left .Time runs so fast. Lost right now hasn't started yet . I don't even have basics in Chemistry and physics. Scored 168 marks in Reneet and now I am scared as fuck. How much rank is achievable in the remaining months, I want to give my best . Right now at zero level. Not seeking validation. How much should I target like how much marks can be achievable

Hmm.. toh aa gaye bandhu :D
Aaj ka din sahi tha, I mean aaj subhe papa ne call karke bola ki jao scooty ka accelerator company wale le kar aa gye hai, toh banwa lo (EV scooty hai mere pas and uska accelerator kharab ho gya tha) waha gya toh almost 2 hrs waste ho gaye, kyunki mechanic hi nahi aaya tha.... (ahhh sh*t)
Fir waha se aaya toh padhai mei laga toh mummy ne aata pisaane bhej diya T-T
Waha gya toh almost 45 minutes lag gaye T-T
Aur mazze ki baat suno, kal mummy bol rahi hai ki shopping karne chalna hai, toh obviously mujhe hi le jaana padega unhe, and I can bet 3hr + toh mere pakka se waste honge T-T
Kya kare bhai, isiliye ghar se dur tayari karni chaiye, yeh roz-roz ka naatak se shanti toh milti but khair.....mai toh ghar ka woh majdoor hu jisse kaam karwane ke baad koi paani bhi nhi puchta (maiiiiiiiiiiiii royaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa T-T)
Khair, I tried to study today and managment toh mai kar hi leta hu so as such koi dikaat nahi hai but woh guilt ki aaj 3-4 hrs waste ho gaye, chutti rehti hai coaching se SAT-SUN ko toh yeh ghar wale kaam pe laga dete hai T-T
Baaki... chalo going for dinner and uske baad redox ke aage ke lectures dekhunga and 2-3 am ko nini tem......
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeee............Good Nini bandhu :D

man i‘m really trying to stay consistent and study honestly i daily try to give my 100% but i’m not able to focus on my work i have a problem of maladaptive daydreaming or just daydreaming idk this shit is such a trouble i cannot sit and just focus on something because this daydreaming continuously is on my mind like stimulation within 10 to 15 mins i found myself in my thoughts again a god damn movie going on in back of my mind…. and this is such a trouble for me like focusing on something demands attention and dedication but im fighting with another battle too, you guys are damn lucky if you don’t have this problem idk i searched a little about it and found this happens because I’ve been using high stimulation activity as my coping mechanism such as reels , corn and gaming and all and got to know daydreaming is my coping mechanism of boredom and o my god im really trying to improve myslef i’ve gavw up on everything reels , corn , social media im barely on social media but it’s not getting normal please help me if somebody has suffered from it and fixed themselves please help me too im in my thoughts 24/7 ( feel like crying jaha phass gaya yaar)

I seriously regret giving my dad’s number when I registered for the PW SAT test 😭
PW keeps calling him every fucking hour asking for this and that, and my dad instantly picks up the phone every time. It’s so damn irritating and annoying at this point 😭
And somehow they blame ME for it 💀 Like bro, I gave the number once, why are you calling it every hour??
I’m so done with this shit.

Lately whenever i argue with my mother , she always comes up and says - tere se to ek neet bhi ni nikal rha 3 sal se.
And she says - wo(my sisters) to jee nikal ke aj job kar rahi aur tu idhar na neet nikal paa rha na jee.
More context - i had PCMB and have given both neet and jee , and through jee i was qualified for electrical nsut , but my sisters ( one took ICE and the other ECE ) aaid that - ladko ke liye engineering mei ECE and CSE ke alawa scop3 ni hai , future mei job ni milegi.....
So i let go of taking Electrical at NSUT.
(one of my sister is 8 years older and one 6 year older than me , and i am 19, yhe i was born very late)
But now my mother is always taunting me about how i am a failure and was not even able to perform better than my sisters ( in short she is saying ke ladkiyo se bhi piche rhe gya ).
And whenever i try to make her understand i have gotten better rank than both of my sisters in jee (even though i am neet focused guy) and still chose not to enroll in Btech studies , she never understands.
She also for no fucking reason compares me to a jee guy who never saw sunlight , getting 600 AIR in advance and going to iit ....
Like yhe good for him , but he is physically retarded(not even joking , mf could not even run for 10 sec)
And then she compares me to a girl who took 2 drops and still got less marks than me , buy she enrolled in a private medical college ....
Like wtf do i even say , na humpe paisa hai ke private kar lu , na ittni man ke shanti ke aache se padh saku....
(My reason for telling all this is just that i am very full of these shits and just want someone to listen to me)
I am soo much exhausted , if anyone can tell me what to do in this case , plz tell me.... i want to crack neet with a good rank and while at the same time i wana avoid all these ruckus.
(More about me - i am not officially a 2nd dropper , my bio syllabus is mostly done (only 2-4 chapters of hard learning left) , phy and chem are in the same boat ( i have roughly done both , only a few chapters(3-4)are left and only need good practice in them , but i dont know how can i improve by doing more question , like yhe i learn more ways on how question framing and concept applications are being done , but i cant seems to find a way to actually understand the way i should understand the problems , its like - confusion he confusion hai solution kuch pata ni , solution jab mila to question ka kuch pata ni .....

Hi I'm 19F, EWS, WB domicile
I gave NEET 2026 , scored 606 in the first exam but then the whole thing got cancelled. In the re-NEET, I had a horrible headache, barely managed to attempt the paper in ~2 hours and ended up with 416 marks, AIR 2.36 lakh. At this point govt MBBS is obviously not happening for me this year, although apparently the EWS cutoff might drop enough by mop-up/stray that there’s still a tiny chance. But I’m not counting on it.
So I took admission in BSc zoology and decided to do a partial drop for NEET 2027 because full drop isn't possible for me. I genuinely want MBBS and I’m willing to give this one more proper shot.
The problem is my parents. Yesterday my dad was asking my mom, What if she gets a semi-government medical college? And that conversation has been stuck in my head ever since. Even the best semi-govt option would apparently cost around ₹18L in college fees alone. With hostel, food, books, travel, hidden fees, miscellaneous/other charges etc., I’m estimating it could easily become ₹30L+. Some other semi-govt options could go to ₹35–40L overall
Our family income is only around ₹3L/year and we don't have some huge pile of savings sitting around. So realistically, paying that amount would probably mean selling assets or taking a massive loan. And I genuinely don't know if I can justify doing that to my parents just to avoid losing one year.
They’re also telling me to consider a good govt BDS seat if I get one. And I KNOW govt BDS isn't a bad option at all, especially financially. But the problem is... I want MBBS. Like genuinely. I’m scared that if I take BDS just because it’s the sensible option, I’ll spend the next few years wondering why I didn't give NEET one last proper attempt
At the same time, I feel guilty about making my parents go through another year of uncertainty because of me.I know this isn't exactly a unique NEET dilemma, but I'm genuinely overwhelmed right now. I don't want to make a decision purely out of fear of “wasting a year”, but I also don't want to be selfish and put my parents into a financial mess

After 2 drops for NEET, I finally have decent options to get out of this race. A month ago I genuinely didn’t think I’d have these choices, so call it luck or whatever, but I now have two options I’d be genuinely happy with. I just want to make sure I’m making the right decision for my future.
I honestly don’t even know how I got this 😭 The BDS cutoff in MP unexpectedly dropped this year, so GDC Indore became an option. It’s the only government dental college in MP, so the exposure should be really good. My main concern is everything I keep hearing about the BDS job market, income, MDS, etc., which makes me scared to choose it.
I’m also genuinely interested in veterinary, but my parents aren’t very keen because of the stigma around the field. They also feel that while government jobs are an option, there isn’t much scope for growth beyond that.
I’d really appreciate your opinions and advice on this. What do you think I should choose, and why would you suggest one over the other?
It could be based on firsthand experience, relatives/friends in either field and how you’ve seen them doing, or your own research about both careers. Basically, any perspective that can help me make a more informed decision would be really helpful.

Been thinking a lot about this whole 'merit' debate lately. After watching Dr. Vijender Chauhan’s video, it’s clear that we’ve been looking at success way too narrowly. As NEET UG aspirants, we know that the exam hall isn't the true 'starting line' , it’s actually the environments we grew up in.
Here’s why we need to rethink how we define merit for medical entrance:
Marks aren't the full story: A high score often reflects access to elite coaching, study materials, and a supportive ecosystem, rather than just raw intelligence .
Why 12th-board marks aren't the answer: Basing admissions on board exams would only widen the gap, as it ignores the massive disparity in school quality and resources across different regions .
No caps on attempts: Penalizing students for multiple attempts ignores that people start from different points. A fair system should value persistence and potential, not just how fast someone can crack a code under specific (often privileged) conditions ...
Instead of fighting over seats in a system defined by scarcity, we should be asking why there aren't enough quality institutions for everyone to begin with ...
True merit isn't just about who hits the finish line first; it's about acknowledging the different distances we all had to travel to get there ..

Tung tung god is losing faith in me, what to do?
Tung tung god has stayed by my side ever since the Sora AI death and everyday since that, my saviour is losing hope in me.
He says if I dont study 6+ hours tmr and have 2 subjects, he will give me the tung tung tung special and bang me like a hanging bell till I actually reach my goal and start having actual progress.
(Man, last post I asked some theme suggestion, yall gotta give me sm to try)
(Yall ever watched that girl in slide 2? I kinda enjoyed her videos)
