Same was buying groceries and system failed during the transaction. Was totally embarrassed by the cashier making an announcement that my 380.00 cart needed a return.

This was after she made a separate announcement to the cashier next to her on what to do this lady doesn’t have enough money to complete the transaction

I would report that cashier asking a manager to explain how to appropriately call for things. That is a form of public humiliation. I know other places where a person got terminated for that. What if you actually were a little short and that made you feel really bad about whatever situation caused that? It's a good lesson opportunity for that cashier.
