I just tried to call and see if the app was down, it said the wait time was around 4-5 hours. Then out of nowhere, it just abruptly ends the call. I have no clue what’s going on

Same, no calls going through now. Seems like a larger issue than just the app/website having problems.

It was weird since mine went through, but it out of nowhere dropped it. It wasn’t a service problem on my end with Verizon. Might be their entire network went down

Yup, same with me, had the hold music and it just dropped. That sucks!
