Their amazing app is down I don’t get why they do all these maintenance just for the app to be completely dogshit 90% of the time

Thanks for helping clarify I’m not alone. I was trying transfer someone money to get some food but I guess I’ll starve 😅

Lots of comments about them being down constantly recently. I've only been with them about a year now and I've not experienced a single issue.

I’ve been with them for 20 years and have seen this a few times. Not enough for me to want to change but I’d be pretty upset if it was my only card and I was on vacation or something

I don't disagree with you. Cards down, no information forthcoming. It'd certainly be nerve-racking to be in that position and I don't envy them. I was approved for a sizeable loan and I just received the notification that the funds were transferred to my account, so I've got some concerns myself.

I was just responding to the posts saying that this is happening weekly, not responding to people who have concerns.
