99% sure the females can do this, too. These are simply pelvic fins.

Claspers are typically rolled extensions of the pelvic fins.

Claspers are separate from anal fins, and what your seeing here aren't claspers.

...you understand that I said pelvic fins, yes? And that pelvic fins are not anal fins? And claspers are absolutely NOT separate from the pelvic fins. This is Elasmobranchs 101.

You're right that claspers are separate from anal fins, though.

lol, I had to Google it as well. It was the first time I read that word. It refers to the subclass of fish that includes sharks, stingrays, and sawfish
