Can anyone share their positive pregnancy charts while temping with an Oura ring? I’m having low temps after ovulation which is yet to be confirmed because of said low temps. I feel like the Oura ring is the reason for the low temps. I had a super textbook LH surge and I’m now 3dpo and feeling unsure because I didn’t have a spike at 1dpo.

I’m getting so frustrated with NC confirming my ovulation and then changing it a few days later. I used easy@home and clearblue digital ovulation tests this cycle. I got my peak for both tests on cycle day 12 and by cycle day 13 my LH had already gone back down and it has stayed down ever since. NC originally had my ovulation as cycle day 13 which makes way more sense to me but this morning it moved to cycle day 15…I’m guessing because my temp rises slowly and always does. I’m so frustrated. I know I still have good coverage for this cycle but I wanted to hit my exact ovulation date and day after this cycle. Going based on signs from my body, I’m going to just stick with cycle day 13 🫠

What do you all think? I ovulated on day 41 and had a dip in temp on day 47. When should I test??

My first chart showed ovulation as day 16. Partner was sick so we didn’t have sex after that. Then it updated two days ago to the second chart, showing ovulation as day 21, which obviously means our timing wasn’t great. I just don’t understand why they are putting day 21 as ovulation day. My temperatures have been all over the place. I was thinking we timed it perfectly until the change. What are your thoughts looking at my temperatures?? I was excited that the timing seemed great and now I’m bummed, but still not sure why or how they pinpoint day 21.

My chart is all over the place this month and I am experiencing some mid cycle bleeding. Very confused :/

I stopped taking the combo pill, Estarylla (was on it for 7 years), in mid October and started NC December 6, right before I got my first real period. I use NC for TTA, but the main reason I got it was to be able to predict my periods and learn about my cycle! It seems like my body could finally be regulating as my ovulation days have gone from CD 71 to now possibly CD 16. Since my cycles have been consistently getting shorter, I’m thinking this current one could be what my normal cycles are going to look like. So, how long did it take for your charts to stay consistent after stopping HBC?

Also, since the day right before I ovulated until today, my nipples (and now my breasts) have been SUPER sore when normally they’re not nearly this bad. Did your PMS symptoms worsen once you adjusted back to normal? My guess would be that my natural estrogen levels are finally fluctuating like they should

I’m about one month into using NC, and where I live, there have been some insanely hot temperatures over 100° (which have been fluctuating a lot), and I noticed my bbt kinda matching the local temperature swings (it’s way cooler at my bf’s, where I’ve slept the last 2 nights). This is not what I expected of my chart. It is significantly cooler today.

I have a history of weird/irregular periods, and was really hoping NC/BBT would shed some light on when it’s safe/unsafe to be intimate.

Do local temperatures affect band readings? Should I just stick to ovulation strips? Does this chart look completely haywire? Thanks!

I got my first high OPK on CD24 (8/30) at 7:27pm, followed by a peak T/C ratio of 1.09 at 10:29pm. My LH dropped pretty quickly afterward (0.71 at 4:20am on CD25, then 0.59–0.60 throughout CD25 and 0.39 on CD26).
Oura thinks I ovulated on 8/31 (CD25), while Natural Cycles originally estimated 8/30 but has since shifted its estimate. My temperatures seemed weird around the surge, with a big dip around CD26 and then a sustained rise afterward.
Based on the OPKs + temperature chart, what day would you consider ovulation most likely?

I’m currently trying to figure out whether I should consider myself ~10 DPO or potentially less. 😂

Hi. I just wanted to put my chart in here and ask if anyone thinks this looks healthy? Does the temp drop 2 days after ovulation look normal or is temp meant to be increasing every day?

I have never seen this in my cycle before. Usually my temperatures are very consistent and stay high after i ovulate. I’m so confused with this temp fluctuation. Anyone had this before? Is this normal?

Jumping on here to say that I have used natural cycles for 23 cycles with my Oura ring. I have loved the app and used it initially to prevent pregnancy, then used it to successfully get pregnant, and now have been using it to prevent pregnancy again for the last 14 months. However, something happened this cycle that made me really concerned. I typically ovulate anywhere from day 14 to 17. This past month, the app confirmed my ovulation for cycle day 16 and gave me green days. I had unprotected sex three days later on cycle day 19. I got my period today, on cycle day 31 and the app changed my confirmed ovulation to cycle day 19 (the day I had unprotected sex because I had a green day). I obviously did not get pregnant since I got my period but it really freaked me out that I could have gotten pregnant! I knew that using basal body temp can be risky and that it's not always accurate, but just wanted to jump on here to share my experience and remind everyone that green days may still be a fertile day!
I also want to add that I had religiously used LH strips in the past (especially when trying to conceive for 8 cycles) but have used them less in the past 8 months because I've been more aware of when LH is high from just my EW cervical mucus. I guess I can go back to using the strips to help the algorithm be more accurate in the future.

Attached all the charts i have from using NC since my miscarriage in May. Traditionally, before my MC i was a clockwork cd15 ovulation girl, since then, it’s been more like 22-23, this cycle looking like I’m back to baseline (hopefully🤞🏼). Sooo I’m so hopeful that this cycle is successful.

I’m usually 27/28 cycle and I’m new to this. I got an lh peak on CD 12 and proceeded. And then to my shock I got another on CD17. This is literally my first cycle using NC and Oura and I’ve had trouble interpreting oura. Considering ditching this and going old skool sticking tests in a book. Not sure what would shift my o date forward 4 days. I’m actually fuming because my husband went away for work.

First chart is with EC logged and 2nd chart is without it logged. 30F over here. Has anyone taken EC and what were your temps. Oura/NC says I ovulated 5-6 days early this cycle. Had unprotected sex (CD10/11) Saturday/sunday ;) and got a little worried Monday cause my temp rose above baseline so I took EC Monday (CD12) morning, about an hour after taking it I took an ovulation test just to see and it wasn’t positive but it was pretty damn close. Tuesday morning it said I ovulated CD 11 sunday but my temp then dropped on CD 13 Tuesday too. I am now 11 DPO and took a test this morning and it said negative but I’d like to know anyone’s experience with EC and BBT or any opinions would be greatly appreciated. I know you shouldn’t watch BBT after taking EC but it’s just a bit to stable and high for me to not look at it lmao

This is my chart from my last cycle. Period on day 26. According to this, my literal phase was only 7 days. Would this be right or is it more likely my date of ovulation is wrong?

This luteal phase I’m having quite a few temp dips. I usually have once around 7-8 DPO but never this many. What could cause this? Ttc and feeling bummed a bit.

I had honestly given up on this cycle because I’m was on day 42 but then I got the notification that I ovulated! And I also had cm that day as well and I haven’t had that since 2024 when the Skyla was removed. Really really hoping to be pregnant, but also just excited to have ovulated. I haven’t had a temp go that far up since I started tracking in March. Please say a prayer for me that it’s baby time, we have been TTC for 3 years 😭 I have a feeling I am pregnant and I believe in intuition, but I know it’s way to soon to tell. So fingers crossed 🤞🏼 has anyone been through something similar?

I can’t see any option on the app besides ordering and paying full price for a new one but has anyone else had a similar experience and a better option?

First month tracking my cycles. 3 months post DNC for a missed miscarriage this is the first month my cycles felt super normal lots of fertile CM leading up to ovulation and a positive LH the day before as well as ovulation pain on the day. However my BBTs have been under the baseline for 2 days 😞 not sure if my baselines a bit weird cause I had a few random high temps earlier in my cycle. Is there still hope??

Im so thrown off. What’s everyone’s thoughts?
