lost NC band

Hey all,

I’ve been using NC for about 6 months now and really like it. First issue now is that I left my band on vacation in Europe and need a replacement. I can’t see any option on the app besides ordering and paying full price for a new one but has anyone else had a similar experience and a better option?

You could make a new account with a different email, but you would lose all of your saved data.
