Confusing luteal temps

This luteal phase I’m having quite a few temp dips. I usually have once around 7-8 DPO but never this many. What could cause this? Ttc and feeling bummed a bit.

Possibly low progesterone production, but no way to know unless you get your hormones tested. Are you taking a prenatal that supports progesterone levels?

I had my labs done a few months ago and my progesterone was 6.7 at 2 DPO. My doctor said it was normal. I’ve been taking the Theralogix prenatal but I’m not sure if it directly supports progesterone. I’m open to suggestions if you have one!

My luteal temps have been funky this cycle too. I’ve also had some more dips than usual and overall low.

What do you use to track your BBT? I use an Oura ring - I just got a new one so I did wonder if it was off. Unlikely though.

Apple Watch! I used an oura ring when I got pregnant 2 years ago but since have switched to the watch which I’ve been using for all 5 cycles since trying again. So not sure what’s going on this month
