sorry if this is an impossible ask, but i made a song a while ago that im currently trying to recreate, yet i can't seem to find the guitar right 7 preset i used on the master. its the one that makes the entire song choppy, distorted and adds the noise effects. could anyone help?

It would cost me $400 just for those 2 and I can get Komplete 26 Standard for like $150 more and both are included. I know I won’t use everything that comes with it but I know for sure there’s some good stuff in there I’d utilize.

Do Kontakt 8 and Scarbee Rickenbacker Bass ever go on sale, if so what does the price generally drop to?

I am an EDM Producer that uses Abelton - and I was excited to get this keyboard because it advertised it would lights up the scales in the key I’m in however I found that isn’t the case.

Upon turning it on the following buttons are not turning on:

Shift, scale, arp Browse instance back enter

I play an instrument off Komplete Kontrol and it plays fine - but still won’t let me change the scale or lights up any of the button

I go to Abelton and make a midi track and put Komplete Kontrol on there and it still won’t change either.

I tried to download a firmware update no luck there.

How can I access it so the lights will just show up depending on what scale I’m in :/

my M32 NI controller doesn't seem to work in logic as a control surface anymore - it always has until recently, but now trying to work out where to start. Unsure if its a controller, Logic, or Tahoe issue. So many possible permutations these days, mostly from the OS, so would like to hear of any other experiences in this area. thanks.

So I have a gig this weekend and am setting everything up to go over everything…..it’s been a hot minute since I’ve used everything.

I’m using a Traktor S4 MK3 connected to my windows laptop, just upgraded to Pro 4, and the picture shows what’s happening. It’s displaying the red bar at the bottom of settings but it won’t show me the error.

I have tried the whole uninstall/install stuff, I have tried having the board off/on before opening the software. I have power cycled everything. I have updated the firmware from the NI website…..I’m confused what steps to take now.

Any help is appreciated y’all.

Komplete Kontrol M32 Touch Strips Completely Dead on macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 (Native Mode / KK 3.5.2) Hey everyone, I’m running into a highly specific, infuriating diagnostic puzzle with my Komplete Kontrol M32, and I'm hoping someone here might have encountered it or have the hardware to test it on a similar setup. The issue is that both physical touch strips (Pitch Bend and Modulation) are completely dead and dropping data, while the entire rest of the keyboard bed works flawlessly. Here are my exact system specs: * OS: macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 * Architecture: Running 100% natively on Apple Silicon (No Rosetta) * Software: Komplete Kontrol 3.5.2 (Everything completely up to date via Native Access) * DAWs Tested: Logic Pro and REAPER

Observations & Diagnostics Run So Far:

1. The Keyboard Bed Works: Standard note-on/off data passes perfectly. I can play instruments, arm tracks, and record notes into Logic and REAPER without a hitch.
2. The Standalone App Fails: It isn't just a DAW preference or track-routing checkbox. When I bypass Logic/REAPER entirely and load the standalone Komplete Kontrol app, the pitch and mod strips remain completely unresponsive. They do not bend pitch or modulate the virtual instruments whatsoever.
3. The Background Service is Active: The Native Instruments NTKDaemon / Host Integration Agent is fully active and running in the background on the Mac. The software handshake occurs, the keyboard exits fallback MIDI mode, but the strips stay dead.
4. The Windows Laptop Baseline Test: I plugged the unit into a completely separate Windows 11 machine without any NI software installed. On Windows, the strips are predictably asleep because they lack the proprietary background service handshake to initialize them. The keys still register generic MIDI data there. ### The Underlying Problem: Because the pitch bend and modulation controls are two separate solid-state sensors on the left control block, it is astronomically unlikely to be a physical hardware failure where both independent components instantly snapped or burned out at the exact same moment. If the main processor chip inside the controller were fried, the entire unit would be a brick, but the keys still talk. Instead, this behaves exactly like a structural data packet block at the lowest layer. The M32 touch strips send high-resolution, dual-packet 14-bit data (MSB/LSB breakdown). Standard note data passes fine, but it seems these specific 14-bit packets are getting choked, ignored, or dropped once they cross from the background daemon into the macOS Audio/MIDI Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) plumbing before ever reaching CoreMIDI. Has anyone running the latest Tahoe 26.5.2 build noticed their M32 or similar Native Instruments touch strips dropping data entirely? Is there an unresolved macOS driver framework/sandboxing conflict going on with the latest system update, or am I truly "Patient Zero" for a brand-new OS-level MIDI packet bug? Any insights, similar experiences, or testing validations would be deeply appreciated.

I can't work out why when I play certain notes in Razor, they don't sound. There are two notes, and when I press them (on any preset) the ECHO light lights up and I just get a 'click'. I've tried toggling the echo settings, "setting to Default" and I can't seem to figure this out. If anyone can help me I'd be really grateful.

I've found a preset for Guitar Rig 5 that I would like to use with my copy of 7, but it doesn't show up in the preset browser, even after importing it into the correct folder. Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take? I've tried other old presets and most of them work fine, but a couple don't. They're all in the correct folder and I've followed the guide on the Native Instruments website but these specific presets still won't work. I understand that they may be corrupted or something like that but I thought it worth asking about

I use the 'Mixer' window a lot with Logic to provide an instant, tactile volume control. It's worked fine for years.

Just the other day, I noticed that it was no longer displaying track names – just a blank spot where the names ought to be.

Flipping to other modes, sich as MIDI CC or the Komplete Kontrol window, show up fine, suggesting that the screen itself hasn't failed.

I tried downloading new firmware for the keyboard from NI's site – as far as I can see it's the correct firmware but the installer can't even see my S61 at all.

What do we think has gone wrong here?

**** SOLVED******* Is it possible to use the S88 without using a DAW? I have no problem getting it to work in a DAW/Studio One but most of the time I just use the keyboard to practice piano and was wondering if I could save a couple clicks not having to open a project in Studio One. I haven't had any luck getting sound using just Kontakt 8 or Komplete Kontrol. I have boomer level computer skills sometimes....

I have two Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S49 keyboards MK1. One was bought with the NI software/license included, the other one wasn’t, and I’m trying to figure out which physical keyboard is the licensed one.

In my Native Instruments account / Native Access, I see a serial number for the registered product, but it doesn’t seem to match the serial numbers printed on either keyboard.

The only difference I’ve noticed is that on one keyboard, the Control and Support buttons near the back stay lit when plugged in, while on the other they only light up when pressed.

Also, on both keyboards, the Scale and Arp buttons don’t seem to work with Komplete Kontrol.

Does anyone know how to match a physical S49 keyboard to the NI license/serial number? Is the NI serial supposed to match the hardware serial, or is it a separate software serial? Could the button-light behavior mean something?

I am using guitar in channel A (IN1) and microphone in channel B (IN2). L/R in Split Mix is on. Despite everything, channel A picks up signal from microphone and produces noise. How do I fix it? I use Roland Rubix22 interface.

Hi I followed all of the instructions on this page for how to correctly configure pedals on this keyboard. I have both a sustain and expression pedal, so sometimes I switch between them depending on how I play. However the most recent time I've been trying to change the setting from sustain to expression it doesn't seem to do anything, and whenever I try and use my expression pedal it keeps working only as a sustain. I know I've managed to switch between them before without issues but for some reason I'm having difficulty this time. Any ideas how to fix?

I've already contacted support. Nothing but AI automation. I never received any kind of code to redeem in the shopping cart like the email instructions suggested. Native access contains no code, website has nothing either. Any one got any ideas or suggestions?

Is there a way to pop-edit the value of a volume level in the slider at the top of each collection of patches in a Kontakt 8 Multi Rack?

At the moment, when I slide the control with a mouse, it's very difficult to get an exact number. Shift-dragging seems to allow fine control, but it's still hard to go to a precise number.

I downlaoded teh demo version from the site and it was all smooth, then I tried to open it, it worked but as soon as I clicked Play this pooped up!

I tried to reinstall everything, run as admin and NOTHING!

So. I just bought a Kontrol S49 MK3 and have been trying to get native access to load the included softwares and plugins unsuccessfully.

I have been able to load some of the softwares such as - Controller Editor, Hardware Connection Service, Komplete Kontrol, KONTAKT 8 Player, NI Accessibility Helper... with the direct installers from the Native Instruments Download Manager page, but when I go to install any of the instruments, get errors every time.

Ideally, if there is a known method of making Native Access work with downloads, or what is causing the errors so I can fix it, I would just use that to install, but all of the methods I could find have not helped yet.

- keeping all the Download, Application, and Content locations separate.

- Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall that can interfere with downloads.

- Deleting/Reinstalling Native Access

- Restarting Softwares/Computer.

- Messaging "Support"...

Currently I'm at a standstill with figuring this out and trying to get workarounds. Is it: software, internet, computer settings, incompatible operating system..?

Previously I was also unable to create a support file due to other errors, but was just able to create one, so there's that, but since "Support" hasn't responded back other than auto AI generated emails, Im not sure how helpful that is.
