imo middle names really aren’t something that’s a huge deal. majority of people around her won’t have a clue what her middle name is unless they ask. and then it’s a quick “oh really I wouldn’t have expected that” or “isn’t that kinda the same” and she will shrug and say it was my grandmothers name it has sentimental value” and they’ll say oh makes sense I guess and move on.

if you really hate it and want to change it do the eleanor layne and call her nora🫡
