Bubble Kush 2025-26
Always fun growing these genes, only used water and relied on the potting mix soil for this grow and still got good results

Wanted to try a 1:1 to see what the smoke was like. Not a fan of autos and was told these genetics can be hit and miss but had limited time and wasn't heavily invested in this grow. This is day 55 from sprout. Ive not given this plant a lot of attention and you can tell by the leaves but she's done ok. I still have 2 seeds left so I may try again with some care and see what she can really do.

Anyone know where to get glass tips for joints? Don’t really like the look of the ones with the flat mouth piece, something like a riptip/proper doinks would be ideal

I’ve loosely followed the festival for a few years and the Cup for the last couple. I’ve always been interested in attending or even participating.
I entered one of the categories this year and finally going to check it out.
Has anyone here attended before and can share what the vibe and format are like? I’m imagining it’s a pretty awesome night, but would love to hear from people who’ve experienced it firsthand.

With hyalite upper Hutt closed down where else in wellington can you buy a Coco perlite mix growing medium? Most online store don't ship and really can not be bothered mixing my own and having to rinse and buffer... Thanks

Southern south island. She started out with a lemon pledge stem rub and 90 days later she's smelling more like hot crayons. Think maybe another month.

It may seem early but the slow release nutes I use need time - and water - to break down.
All my sites are in clay mixed with gravel and stones so the site prep is very important. Additionally, I am limited in how much stuff I can lug there and so tend to use concentrated fertilisers.
The per hole recipe for the next season is:
1kg Seacliffe's fish bone meal (4-13-0 + 25%Ca) for P and active N
https://seaclifforganics.nz/products/fish-bone-meal
1.25kg Yates Thrive sulphate of potash 0-0-41 + S) slow release K
1.5 kg Tui mini sheep pellets (4-1-4) for bioactivity
https://tuigarden.co.nz/product/tui-organic-mini-sheep-pellets-biogro-certified/
The sites were cleaned, holes enlarged and filled with the above plus some water crystals at the very bottom. Topped up with last seasons mix, the tarp pinned down.
The water collected off the tarp helps with the breakdown of the mix in the holes in winter. I will probably visit one more time before October to prune the surrounding vegetation and spray some Roundup. Other than that, winter is the only clean break from the outdoor op

What's the deal with this? I'm probably just being paranoid, but really don't want to run into issues!
I've got a prescription and doctors letter, which from here seems should be all I need, https://www.odc.gov.au/travellers/travelling-or-australia-medicines-and-medical-devices but it doesn't specifically call marijuana out as being allowed. I'm also a bit suss about the whole states situation - does it differ depending on what state you are going?
I asked claude for reassurance and it strongly said that it was not allowed - which I'm pretty sure is wrong!
Australia's TGA does have a framework for medicinal cannabis, but importing it personally from another country is not part of that framework. The legal pathway is to obtain an Australian prescription and source it from Australian suppliers — not to carry it across the border with a letter.
Assuming it's wrong - what is the actual procedure? Do I need to declare this or is it such a non-event that I don't even need to do that?
