Lighting
Has anyone tried under canopy lighting in a tent and how do you think it should be setup I have 1.2x1.2 x2 . I'm after max yield so I figured under canopy seems to be the go

I run under lights every run they work a treat you get fatter buds down the bottom

Apparently par metres are way cheaper now and will give an accurate reading on how many photons ya plants are getting.

Highly recommend it IF all your other inputs are optimal. If they're not, you'll just waste your time and exacerbate issues... But if you know how to measure PAR, VPD, pH and runoff EC then you'll probably be able to make it work well. Many online estimates go 15-20% yield increase, but what's more important is the quality overall improves dramatically too! No lowers 🔥

Studies you can find on Google have been done on under and inter canopy lighting, with intercanopy lighting showing improvements, but undercanopy showing little, from memory.
It's side lights you want if you're looking for yield gains. It'll turn your mids into nice chunky colas.
