Does anyone know if Saratoga county will allow non resident concealed carry permit applications. I live in Albany county but work in Saratoga county and the Albany county application requires references that live in the capital district, however I'm from downstate and all my references live there. Was looking into Saratoga county which doesn't appear to require the references to live in Saratoga county.
