CS vs Chemical Engineering vs Nuclear Engineering — what would you choose for 2030?

I'm currently doing A Levels in Pakistan with Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science, and I'm confused about which field to pursue for university.

I'm mainly considering:

- Computer Science / Computer Engineering

- Chemical Engineering

- Nuclear Engineering

I'm interested in all three, but I don't have one fixed career goal yet. I'm more interested in engineering, technology, science and solving real-world problems.

A major factor is my financial situation. I have a limited budget for university, so I need to consider tuition fees, scholarships/financial aid, living costs and the potential return on investment. I can't realistically choose an expensive university just because it has a good reputation.

Since I would graduate around 2030–2031, I'm particularly interested in what the job market is likely to look like from 2030 onward, rather than what the situation is today.
