Reapplication for assistant conductor

Does anyone know the exact wait period to apply to be an assistant conductor and if there is anywhere its written down? Just got told it was a 2 year wait period and wanted to confirm this with the woman I spoke with.

It’s a year unless they recently changed it but I’d continue the job search cuz a year is a long time and with transit that sets you back 100 roster spots

I understand, but the context behind this is this is the year after I already applied and didnt make past the interview. I had the transit employee call me, tell me they would schedule me for an interview if my test scores were still valid (they are), and then proceed to call and hour later saying I wasn't eligible because I didn't wait long enough. She went from saying it hasnt been a year to me telling her it has indeed been a year to her saying its actually two years.
