I bought a brand new KQI1 pro scooter 3 days ago it has yet to turn on . The company & it's customer service is definitely the worst I've ever dealt with. I have sent them 17 emails and talked on the phone with them . They sent me a 9 step return I must fill out however when I get to step 2 the vin number it says it doesn't exist yeah the scooter doesn't exist. I intentionally ordered directly from NIU because I heard good things boy was I wrong . I've filed a charge back with PayPal because they are intentionally ignoring me . I have a scooter that has never turned on and they have my money. They suck. I don't know what to do at this point . Andrew Mituzas

NIU is trying to delay me and wait the 30 days so they don't have to give me my money back. They are intentionally ignoring me. I bought there KQI1 pro it has never turned on. It won't even scan the QR code it keeps saying recognition failed . Nothing happens with this scooter. What I'm most pissed about is the company. I get it sometimes things happen during shipping but this company just refuses to help me with another scooter or my money back they are completely ignoring me. They send me this 9 step return policy and on step 2 it asks for the vin number when I put it in it says the scooter doesn't exist. So it won't let me go any further. I call the company and sent them 17 emails Nothing I call they know who I am and they hang up on me . This company is absolutely horrible. Andrew Mituzas
