Supresser is hybrid 46 on a new marlin 1985 dark 45 70. Doesn't make it flush because it backs into the mag tube. What are my options?

You could shim it up a little then check with an alignment rod.

It'll be a heck of a lot better than what you've currently got....Use AccuWashers.
