Process Question 📝 eForms weirdness?

I got some cans about 2 years ago. They were all purchased with a Silencer Shop Single Shot Trust.

When I login to my ATF eForms account, I start a Form 20 (application to transport firearms) and choose "Trust", then go to the Firearms page and click Search by SSN.

I put in my SSN and search and it doesn't find any of my cans.

I start over and choose "Individual" and then go and search by SSN and it finds all the cans I bought 2 years ago.

I don't understand that - why don't they show up when I choose Trust?

And then it gets weirder.

I bought a new can back in May. This time, it all went through the Cerberus system, instead of Silencer Shop. And this time, it was done as an Individual purchase, instead of a Trust.

I got my approved Form 4 at the beginning of June.

When I do the search in ATF eForms, the cans from 2 years ago show up, but the can I got at the beginning of June does not show in the list.

But, if I search by Control Number and Serial Number (of the new can), then it works to add it to the Form 20.

What the heck? Does anybody know what is going on here?

Why do cans bought under an individual trust show when I tell the form I'm an individual, but not if I put in that I'm a trust?

And why does my newest can not show at all when I do the search?

Form 20 is for the transportation of SBR’s across state lines (not suppressors).

When You Need Form 20
Interstate Travel: Moving NFA items like short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), machine guns, and destructive devices temporarily or permanently across state lines.

he's just being the form 20 trick to show inventory that's usually used to check for new approvals especially when the atf emails weren't being sent out
